Seems to be a beautiful building. However the manager on site, Nancy is very snobby and dismissive. Could’ve caught her on a bad day, but left a bad taste in my mouth. No longer interested.

I’m just moved in and was very impressed with the leasing team very responsive! Excited to call Nove my home. Thank you Nancy for helping us move in.

I toured with Evan- Nove has so much to offer. I was drawn here because of the TXSE headquarters and temporary offices in the area. Nove's walkability was the most alluring. Being right off the highway it did not seem that way but it actually has great walkability to Trader Joes, the Katy Trail and great amenities like 24 hour concierge, ample conference rooms, a grand piano and amazing views (even on a cloudy day). I did see some unfavorable reviews concerning integrity, responsiveness and quality. Those are important factors for us. I create and trade often so a stable, consistent quality environment is important. Evan was kind to address each review letting me know they have been addressed and resolved. I love how transparent he was especially concerning the complaints regarding their management company. It's being taken into consideration.
