We live across the street from this apartment tower. They have some issue with their fire alarms which go off ALL THE TIME for anywhere from 15 minutes to several hours. It happens at all times of the day but often late at night between midnight and 4am. These alarms are LOUD and can be heard for several blocks - disturbing the sleep not only of their residents but hundreds of other neighbors. This happens on a weekly basis and has been ongoing for more than a year! They charge extremely high rents. Surely they can afford to fix things? UPDATE: 1/4/2026 at 1:30 AM the alarms went off again for several minutes. Claiming these are routine fire alarm inspections is a lie. I have records and videos of the alarms going off more than 20 times in the past 6 months. Do you think we are stupid? UPDATE: 1/4/2026 - Alarms went off again at 3:59 AM

Beyond excited to officially call Novē at Knox my new home! From the second I walked in for a tour, I knew this was the place. The entire leasing and application process was incredibly smooth and stress-free, which is a huge relief when you're planning a move. The amenities here are on another level—I can’t wait to spend my weekends at the resort-style pool and utilize the state-of-the-art fitness center. Plus, you literally cannot beat the Knox-Henderson location. Being steps away from the Katy Trail, Trader Joe’s, and so many amazing restaurants makes the lifestyle here feel so effortless and vibrant. A huge shoutout to the management team (Hunter, Alyx, Nancy) for being so helpful and communicative throughout the whole experience .

We love it !!! Me and my daughter just moved to Nove and so far we have absolutely no complaints ! I first have to shine the light on Alyx ! Wow ! Just Amazing. She went above and beyond to make sure me and my daughter’s move went smooth from start to finish ! She’s really made us feel right at home already ! And I truly appreciate her kindness and professionalism . The upscale building . Breathtaking amenities. Top tier customer service from the entire staff . We are happy we chose Nove and our beautiful condo . Highly recommend 😊

I moved out last July and wow was this a bad experience. The first few months of the lease were great, great neighbors, great location, great amenities, great building maintenance then it all went downhill and fast. First the elevators stopped working and they were down for the majority of our lease which was about a full year of not being able to use them or having 1/3 working and waiting 10 minutes. Then the maintenance started to decline rapidly broken grills outside that had fire coming out of the handles that I burned my hand on and the building did nothing to fix it after multiple requests. Although the maintenance team was fantastic for any issues related to the unit itself shoutout to them. The absolute worst part of our experience was dealing with the leasing office they raised out rent after only one lease term by $800 a month. When confronted about the insane 30% YoY increase my response was this is non negotiable and oh “the economy”. They did this to all or most of the residents in single bedroom units. All of our neighbors have notices as well. We planned to be at the location for a few years at the minimum but after all of the issues in the building and that increase that was the last straw. After giving our notice, a month later after we locked in a lease elsewhere the building called us begging to come back after everyone was giving notices. They tried to lower the increase and give us incentives after their stunt didn’t work. Greed lost them a large majority of good tenants and this was likely a decision that came from the higher ups at Kairoi which lead us to blacklist them from our new apartment search. Wouldn’t recommend living here with Kairoi managing the property or they will likely try to squeeze you too.

I love living at Nove at Knox! The entire complex is kept very clean and the staff are always kind. They host weekly community events with complimentary wine, snacks, food, etc. The maintenance staff is easy to work with and service your requests super quick. The building has a pet grooming station to wash your pet and a locked dog run area. I love the neighborhood—you are walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, Trader Joe’s, and retail stores. Highly recommend!
