In a city like Dallas, where the sun is intense, the design of this building is particularly irresponsible. The self-important curved form completely disregards its surroundings, while the high-reflectivity glass, under the strong sunlight, not only exacerbates light pollution but also causes significant discomfort to those nearby. This design fails to take Dallas's climate conditions into account, neglecting the need for shading and cooling in the intense sun. The designer lacks the responsibility and professionalism expected of an architect, prioritizing visual appeal at the expense of the environment and community well-being.
