I have really enjoyed living at the Monaco. The location is unbeatable with direct access to the trail. Danielle and the team are fantastic, responsive and incredible work with. They have helped me significantly finding my apartment and renewing for another year. Maintenance is also great and always quick to fix anything. Highly recommend to anyone looking in the area.

I am so impressed with Monaco; from the building, the grounds, and the layout, to the helpful leasing and management team. Gabrielle answered all of my questions and helped me every step of the way. It’s easy to feel right at home with people who genuinely care about the resident experience. Highlights include being literally right on the Katy Trail, the gorgeous pool, the pristine fully equipped workout room, and the fresh modern design features of the apartments. Five stars all around!

I have lived at Monaco on the Trail for nearly five years, and it has truly been a wonderful experience. The property is consistently kept clean and well-maintained, and the management team is always professional and easy to work with. I recently transferred to a new unit, and Danielle and her team were incredibly helpful, responsive, and made the entire process seamless. I highly recommend making this community your home.

I recently signed a lease at Monaco on the Trail and had a great experience throughout the process. Everyone was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. Gabrielle and Danielle helped me from start to finish and were both extremely professional and helpful. They made the entire leasing process smooth and straightforward. I am especially excited to be so close to the Katy Trail!

Monaco on the Trail is a comfortable and well-built community with excellent spacious apartments and a great location right on the Katy Trail. The building is well cared for, even if it’s not the newest in the area. The staff, especially Danielle, and Ruben, are always responsive, friendly, and attentive to residents’ needs. Maintenance is quick and reliable, and I never had issues with parking, safety, or packages. I would recommend this community.
