I absolutely love living at Mitchell Lofts! The entire team here is incredible. Sonja, the property manager, is amazing — she’s professional, caring, and always goes above and beyond to make residents feel at home. Jose from maintenance is quick, efficient, and genuinely takes pride in his work. The cleaning lady keeps everything spotless, and together they make an exceptional team that truly cares about the community. The building itself has such a unique vibe — modern, serene, and full of character. The pool area feels zen and relaxing, and the rooftop views are awesome. It’s peaceful, secure, and has that perfect balance of comfort and style. Out of all the places I’ve lived — from Florida to California to Texas — Mitchell Lofts stands out as one of my absolute favorites. It’s unique, welcoming, and just feels like home.

Don’t waste time. Come apply!!!! Working with this property as a community partner was a smooth and seamless process. The leasing agent, Edison, was pleasant and upfront with both me and my client about the leasing process.

Wonderful management! Sonja is amazing and extremely helpful…. Jose fixes maintenance issues and he is the best…. We are extremely grateful to have found this place with great people who handle the property! Each loft is different and extremely unique! Beautiful historical building with a rooftop view, amazing pool and dog park. Plenty of places to go for walks and everyone has been very kind. We have made wonderful friends here…

My partner, pup, and I all love living here! Our loft is SO beautiful, and the facilities are well-maintained. The community is soooo friendly, and I absolutely love each member of the staff. *Knock on wood* but I've really never had issues trying to find free parking on the street. Overall such a wonderful experience!

I recently toured with Ashley and I loved this place she gave us a rundown of the history of this place but when she took us to the rooftop it was amazing the view the area everything is amazing here! She did an awesome job.
