I’ve really enjoyed my time living at Metro at 404. The place is clean, quiet, and close to everything I need. Marcos has been awesome! Super easy to talk to and always quick to help with anything that comes up. Big shout-out to the maintenance team too! The grounds have been looking great lately, and you can tell they take pride in their work. It’s nice living somewhere that actually feels cared for.

Months ago, I might have given a bad review. Since our new management has come in, I’ve seen a lot of changes. A lot of Good changes. I’ve seen our new maintenance man come in and clean up daily, working work orders. The atmosphere is a lot better. More positive.

Ever since we've gotten new management we can notice an immediate difference in the atmosphere around here. Stuff is actually getting done around here from the new amazing maintenance man rene to a few residents volunteering to patrol as security making it safe around here. Thanks to Marcos for actually caring....

As a tenant of these apartments I'm so glad they have changed management. I can see the changes that are being done daily. Marcos continue doing what your doing, now I want to renew my lease here.
