Meadow Parc Apartments

I have lived here for over 10 years with no issues until now. I hate it here and can’t wait to move! Issues with work orders to current office staff, little to no upgrades in units until someone moves out of one; and for the most, if a new part or piece of anything is needed, it’s going to be old or used! I hear you T, I’m with you!! Really hate to rate one star because I used to love it here

I had such a great experience working with Kinzie while looking for my new apartment! From the moment I walked in, they were friendly, professional, and genuinely interested in helping me find the perfect place. They took the time to answer all my questions, explain every detail clearly, and made the whole process stress-free. What really stood out to me was how attentive and responsive they were — any time I had a question or needed clarification, they got back to me right away. They made me feel like I wasn’t just another applicant, but someone whose comfort and happiness really mattered. If you’re looking for an apartment here, I highly recommend working with Kinzie. She truly goes above and beyond to make sure you feel confident and excited about your new home! It’s affordable and just a good spot overall!

I love these apartments. I like that they always have events to bring the residents together. Fun, creative events and food for the children. Mackinzie and her staff understands unexpected things happen and they're always there ready to help in whatever way they can.

It has been a nightmare since the very beginning. When I took my sisters deposit to the office. When I walked in, I literally stood there for a good while the lady in the right office had a bunch of people in her office laughing and carrying on and the lady in the left office, I believe is Kenzi said absolutely nothing to me and when I did invite myself in her office to be helped she was very rude and just acted like she didn't care to help. The next morning my sister called to confirm her deposit was received and the lady said Kenzi must have got it and she would have to check back tomorrow. So again, very unprofessional and I can tell there is no communication in the office. I wasn't greeted or anything. That should have been the first red flag, but we overlooked the unprofessionalism. My sister moves in outlets are broken, the valet trash can was very dirty, dishwasher completely broken and along other issues. I thought it should be a thorough check during the make ready process. We asked about roaches prior to move in and she seen roaches as well. She completed her move in sheet, and she stated everything that was wrong they have yet to fix anything, and she also put in multiple service request, and they are being closed out and they aren't completed. She has called the office multiple times, and they just really don't care. This property is terrible, and I will never refer another person.

I’ve lived at Meadow Parc Apartments for 10 plus years…this the perfect place to call home! The units are spacious and up to date….the community is family oriented. The management team(Mrs. Ashley & Edward)are down to earth, professional, and accommodating! The maintenance team ACTUALLY work the work orders! Pricing is phenomenal and there is balance in the community. Pray I’m able to stay another 10 plus… Not to mention that the fact that the management team implements incentives to motivate residents to come together & work together to keep our community safe & clean! I love it here!
