Got dropped off by an Uber and they told me to tell the Uber driver to move. Okay?

The little parking lot is not safe for any one to park in i guess was a guest and parked in the guest spot like it says and we came back maybe 30-40 min later and they were trying to put a boot on the car and was trying to tow it... never got an apology for the mistake, all the employee kept saying was "we are going to tow your car theres signs not to park here" but i guess they dont know how to look to see who the guests are and got to drive around with an ugly sticker on the window for the rest of the day. Get better staff.

Clean property. Quiet atmosphere. Located in a prime spot if you’re trying to stay close to Uptown but still want some peace. The exterior is well-kept, and it gives a modern loft vibe with city charm. I gave it 4 stars because while it’s a solid location, it could use a little more when it comes to guest parking and clearer unit directions. “It’s cool, calm, and in the cut. Friendly staff, small private parking lot. If you don't live there/are not visiting someone who does live there, you can't park there. Hard concept to grasp I guess judging by the reviews below.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I came to visit a friend and I work across the street, when parking for I kid you not 2 seconds. A rude man with their staff came out and started screaming saying he was going to boot my car. I asked him to be friendly about it and he continued to be rude. Maybe consider hiring nicer staff because what an unpleasant business does that show. Seems like they have nothing better to do with their time and life is miserable to be so rude to someone. You can kindly ask someone and state that it’s the rules with out harassing and threatening. Oh he also was trying to call someone as if that would do a single thing LOL. Never again and don’t recommend
