Sounds great being wanting to move there since before it was finished, but wasn't ready hope I can get on a waiting lease for end of year, and rent not so high am at Magnolia Trace apts, was my last choice, last year,am by dart train noisy and seen roaches, I will go see it next week, hopefully. Like it's location and am familiar with oak cliff,is the perfect place for me if I can afford it's rent. I just hope the entry did has a blind don't like people looking in if I move there.

I've lived in my one bedroom/den apartment a little over a year and I love living here! Grounds and walkways are maintained, and so are the living spaces. Maintenance arrives quickly to solve problems, and Hank and Ray are so friendly. Management here is patient and understanding when things go wrong, and sometimes little hiccups happen. Ms Laura is efficient, reliable and kind. I'm glad to be a resident here.

I moved in a little over 5 months ago. It's a new-ishly built property so clean and functional and bright. Reliable, current appliances. Hank in maintenance always has a helpful answer when I ask how something works. I love my balcony and the sunlight I get. And I enjoy the easy access to the pool via a ramp rather than stairs. A quiet community with several social activities a month if you want to participate. Not too big of a complex so that adds to the atmosphere.

I visited this community and was very impressed! The manager, Rosie, was so sweet and patient, and she took her time answering all my questions. The property is beautiful with amazing amenities. I even had the chance to meet a few residents, and they shared how much they love living here. I saw some hanging out in the clubhouse enjoying coffee together, which made the community feel so warm and welcoming.

Rosie was incredibly patient and took the time to answer all of my questions. I didn’t know much about the affordable housing program, but she explained everything clearly and made the process easy to understand. I was so surprised that such a beautiful community could also offer such a great program. You can really tell the office staff enjoy working here—the atmosphere was so welcoming and positive.
