Maple Terrace Residences

I toured this property and found it sophisticated and stylish. The design and fixtures are all quiet luxury, and there has clearly been a lot of thought given to creating a beautiful aesthetic. The community amenities were better than any I saw in Dallas lux high rises, and the people I encountered all seemed friendly and respectful. Chris led my tour, and he was excellent. He took a ton of time showing me the property and the units, and he listened carefully to my needs and preferences. He was a highlight of the experience.

We absolutely love living at Maple Terrace Residences! The sense of community here is truly special. The people are friendly and welcoming, the amenities are beautiful and well-maintained, and the staff goes above and beyond every single day. They are kind, responsive, and genuinely care about the residents. We feel so grateful to call this place home!

We lived at Maple terrace for a year we loved the location. They promised high luxury and amenities for a substantial monthly fee however they came up way short on delivery. There has been a flood on the 15th floor and the water has trickled down the interior of the building flooding the 7th floor and some others. One of our neighbors on the 7th floor is living in one of their demo apartments until her unit can be restored due to the water damage.The whole building is full of water and mold. Half of the time the air conditioning and heating do not work due directly to this flood and you have to make other arrangements to live temporarily. This has happened to us on several occasions. Save your money and move into another building without mold and water damage! In addition, management at the property on several occasions entered our apartment without approval from us when we were away. We asked that they not do this in writing and they still continued so we had to install cameras hidden in our apartment and recorded them rummaging through our things. Some of our things eventually went missing. Secondly, the parking there is atrocious for residence of the building. The business at Maple Terrace takes priority and if you don’t have your car parked in their garage they will tow your car. Lastly, my car was broken into, and my Tesla recorded the entire footage. When we reviewed the footage closely, we realized it was a valet parking attendant from the business side that broke into my Tesla. When I brought it to the attention of management they said it must’ve been a mistake. Denied any responsibility.

Our experience so far dealing with Maple Terrace has been phenomenal. They’ve worked with us around our needs, been very communicative and friendly, and the property looks spectacular. Hands down, however, the deciding factor for our decision to move in was Chris. He is by far the most friendly, fun, and helpful leasing professional I’ve ever worked with. Moving from a property that has been plagued with horrendous management, he made our decision easy.

The tour guide, Chris, was the most pleasant, attentive, and charismatic person I've encountered. His knowledge of the building is unmatched to any other tour guide I've interacted with. I never usually write reviews, but I just HAD to after the experience I had here. The building is such a big breath of fresh air and the amenities are UNMATCHED! Especially the gym as well as the various study/community spaces. This apartment feels more like a resort, the architecture is so well thought out, and the amount of space that's provided is well beyond any complex I've toured. All in all, I would highly recommend looking into this apartment complex If your budget allows for it. And again, thank you so much, Chris, for being such a lovely and knowledgeable guide. I would have never written anything if it weren't for you!
