I moved to Dallas from San Antonio about eight months ago and chose this property without even touring it first. Madison, Javante, and the entire team have gone above and beyond to make my experience exceptional. Even during times when they were short-staffed, they continued to exceed my expectations with their professionalism and dedication. The security here is excellent, and the community truly feels like home. I'm very glad I chose to live here and fully plan on renewing my lease. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a welcoming and well-managed place to call home. -Hali :)

I just toured the property, along with about 10 others in the area, and chose this one to move to for its location, price, and spacious units. Christy, the assistant manager was such a huge help during the whole process- she had answers to all the questions we asked and was happy to answer them repeatedly when we asked for clarification. She was friendly and genuinely kind, which was so appreciated. Thank you so much Christy!

If 0 stars were an option, I'd pick that. Scheduled an appointment to tour some units for 2pm today. I arrived at 1:45, noticed the doors were locked. I waited in my car until 2, and the doors were still locked. Plenty of people were walking around inside the front office that made eye contact with me, but not a single person bothered to open the door to see why I was there. Clearly don't care about scheduled visits, so I'm sure they wouldn't care for any other concerns a resident would have while living there.

ACTUAL RESIDENT — Please read before considering this place. Many of the positive reviews seem to come from people who have only toured the property, not from current residents. I live here, and my experience has been very different. Since the management change, conditions have declined significantly. Find you somewhere else to stay unless you want a fleet of mice to shack up with and gnats to keep you company.
