Magnolia on Matilda

I lived there for 2 years. It’s a pretty decent place. Location is great you can pretty much walk anywhere around the Lower Greenville area. I lived in a bigger until and it was spacious. Price compare to other apartments in the area, I would say it’s more affordable. Neighbors are pretty nice. Some cons no elevator, parking can be tricky if you come back late night and you need to pay extra if you want a covered spot or garage. No amenities also but it’s also quiet. I also had to deal with any problem for a month but just use ant bait and you should be good after. Overall, I enjoyed my experience I just miss having amenities and I usually move every year to explore the area.

I love living here! It’s cozy, safe, and quiet. The staff really takes care of you, Amanda has gone above and beyond for me. Other apartments treat you like a paycheck, but Amanda and the staff here actually view you as human. They’re understanding, helpful and caring!

My sister and I have been here almost a year and couldn’t be more thankful of the community and quick maintenance whenever needed! Amanda has been the best throughout our time here and couldn’t ask for a better location for an apartment!!

I loved living at Magnolia on Matilda. Amanda, who works at the office, was so kind and helpful throughout my entire time at Magnolia. They were always quick to respond! The price and location can’t be beat.

I lived here for a couple of years, and loved the community. Only moving due to buying a home. Being able to walk to Lower Greenville was great. Parking is sometimes scarce but I never had an issue having a spot. Allie was who I dealt with most, and she was lovely.
