Magnolia off Henderson Apartments

I enjoyed my time here. The office staff and the maintenance staff were wonderful, issues almost always addressed the same day. I loved the layout of the unit I lived in. When I moved in the apartment was so clean and lovely. The appliances and finishes were all much nicer than other apartments I’ve lived in. The reasons I no longer live here was the noise from construction behind the building and the lack of security with packages. I had multiple packages stolen while living here which was very frustrating. There was a period of a few weeks when the front and back doors to the building were all unlocked due to an electrical issue. I ran into someone unhoused sleeping in the stair well at some point during this time period which made me a bit uneasy afterwards. The doors are fixed now, but it was weeks of waiting for them to fix them which was frustrating.

I would give this review more detail, but I could never even tour an apartment here. I had called a couple of times with no answer. And then a couple more times trying to get in contact with somebody, I even actually showed up to the office 1 day, and they said, You had to pre-book an appointment now, Granted, this was a while back, so that it might have changed. And I've now found an apartment that I love; however, it definitely could use some work on its customer service level.

I was searching for a place closer to the city when I came across the loft floor plan online and instantly fell in love with it. I scheduled a tour and was immediately impressed by how personable and attentive the leasing staff was. They went above and beyond to ensure my move-in dates aligned perfectly with the end of my lease at my old apartment. Yesenia worked hard to make sure my move went as smoothly as possible and she succeeded. The maintenance team is also exceptional, always friendly and quick to respond to any requests I have. I've been living here for almost eight months now and couldn't be happier. The location is fantastic, with so many great spots within walking distance. Packages are always delivered right to my door, and if I'm out of town, the leasing team is more than happy to bring my packages inside for me. In all my time here, I’ve never had a package go missing. I constantly receive compliments on my loft, especially the high ceilings and how much natural light they bring in. I would recommend this apartment to anyone. Moving here has been such a refreshing change, especially after my negative experience at my previous complex.

I've lived at Magnolia off Henderson for over three years and it has been a great experience. Management has made a huge difference, especially Jessica, who goes above and beyond to be helpful and accommodate any requests. Jessica, Yesenia, and the property management team are some of the best property managers I have dealt with. I can tell they truly care about the tenants and are incredibly understanding. I moved units within the building and Jessica made the process as seamless as possible for me. The apartments are nice, spacious, and pretty quiet for being in a popular area. I love how small the complex is and the building is great. Maintenance is responsive and helpful in resolving any issues. Overall, a great experience here!

I’ve lived at Magnolia off Henderson for over a year. I love my space. Management is very quick to respond and communicative. Maintenance has always been prompt and full fixes any issues. I’ve never had trouble with parking even though it’s not assigned. There is gated parking, front/rear parking spots, and street parking. Overall a very quiet building and neighbors are kind to one another/considerate to one another. The apartment gets really great light and has plenty of storage.
