I came in to MacAllan needing to move in immediately. Stephanie the property manager was great and helped me get everything situated! I’m super excited excited to move in and very grateful for the support and welcoming energy🩷🩷

MacAllan On Ross is Such A Great Place to Stay!!! I’ve been here Almost 2 years!!! They are Clean, the Staff is Amazing!!! They have a Great Community Environment !!!The Pool is Great for Kids and Adults! There is Always a Fun Event Going on!!! Also The Property Manager Stephanie is very Professional and Brings Such Good Energy!!! She will Go Above and Beyond For All her Tenants!!! Go Check them Out! It’s a Fantastic Place to stay!!

Security issues! package thieves go to the extreme as you can see in my photos. I’ve been here 5 months and had over 10 packages stolen within 15 min of delivery. I really liked the apartment initially but I can’t order Amazon or my package will definitely be stolen . I wish the hallways, stairwells, and dumpster areas were better cared for(it’s needs power washing and deep cleaned). Like many apartments the appearance by the office and first floor entrance are kept because of course that’s what potential renters see. I always have cigarette butts on my deck from either the upstairs neighbor or close. Below me the ground and pool area has the same cigarette butts everywhere. The garage gate is still unsecured and not working so the entrance is free will. But I’ll stop there. I will say management and the office staff are very nice.

So my apartment flooded on 10/25 because the upstairs neighbor blew something up trying to cook chicken. I’ve been here for years and have lived in 2 different units. I never paid a “transfer fee” however the office staff besides Yesenia literally have failed me. I lived in a hotel for 7 days via my insurance as well as moved out the affected unit to a new unit because the old unit was unlivable. They tell me we’re going to wave the $500 transfer fee as if I caused this or wanted to move. The new manager David and the regional manager Staci and Claudia have decided to over charge me for rent, and making it seem like I they did me a favor by allowing me to transfer to a cheaper unit by the way. I moved 11/6 they prorated the old unit and the new unit is cheaper so I should have a credit but they are so pressed about money they can’t make any of they charges add up to my old rent price which is what I paid because they said they system would work out the numbers, when in really they went and created all these charges that make no sense and that I would have never been paying if I wasn’t inconvenienced and had to move. They also rushed the inspection of the damage and allowed to to stay there for 2 days after my hotel stay (which I kept letting them know it smelled like rotten eggs) the inspector deemed it Not safe to live atm! They refuse to respond to my insurance to allow my claim to love forward. Mind you this is the new regional manger Staci who is allowing all this. Anytime I’m attempting to take care of this horrible night mate I am met with hostility and belittled. I will update soon.

Homeless sleeping inside the pool area 8 am 7.20.25 For your own sanity, please do not move into this apartment. Just got off the phone with the staff and even though I have a busted washer and dryer, I was told nothing can be done until Monday because Maintenance had gone for the day which is earlier than the business hours of the building. I asked them why they left early and I was told they come in early, but I find it fascinating that they come in early and leave early and nothing here is done. There’s absolutely zero security in this building. The garage gates are never functioning and let people in at random whether they are residents or not. Not one single ‘locked’ door In the entire garage actually works. In fact, I think some of the doors are missing altogether, allowing anyone to gain entry and walk the halls. Abandoned cars are scattered throughout and residents refuse to throw trash down a garbage chute when they can just leave it right next to it instead. Every hallway smells like weed despite a ‘no smoking’ policy. The only good thing is the units are actually halfway decent, but the headaches of living here are just not worth the high prices they charge. Save yourself the stress, I beg you.
