LTV Tower

Property is beautiful. It’s definitely a trap to get more money out of you in the end. The fishes were nasty on arrival, there was a barely any dish detergent to wash dishes, a sponge and no dish towels, no laundry detergent to wash linens, no broom or mop to sweep or mop. There is one tv in the whole unit for everyone to share, the linemen’s were dirty and white upon arrival and we were charged $147 for a cleaning fee although there were no utensils in this facility to clean anything. Run it’s a trap for additional funds!!! Just stay at a hotel room at least you won’t have the additional surprise charges in the end

Lived there for almost 2 years. They have Roaches, unprofessional management, unresponsive management, dirty elevator, and dirty pool area. The team only responds if you’re mean to them. A lot of the tenants are Airbnb/short term rentals so the visitors like to trash the place especially during the summer. But the apartment looks nice and a nice view :)

Everything you see about this place is a lie. CozySuites aka LTV apartments committed consumer fraud with these very old photos and reviews from some other location. Dallas location on Elm Street looks and smells filthy. Everything is stained to the point it cannot be cleaned. Blood stained sheets, mold in the bathroom, unknown substances stuck to walls, bugs and entry door doesn’t lock. It needs a thorough pressure wash, bug eradication , new paint and new furnishing. Host is a joke. The price isn’t cheap so you think you are getting a unit like the photos. The photos could not be further from the truth. Do not waste your money here. Stay away.

I stayed here through VRBO and I'm surprised there is no mentioning of the terrible roach problem. Buyer beware. Resident or VRBO customer the units are roach infested. It's unacceptable. I had to flee in the middle of the night cause it was so bad, and the host is knowingly rented out these units cause there was roach spray underneath the sink in the room. One resident had borox sprinkled all over her front entrance. Don't waste your money, plus the pictures are at least 20 years old the place is ran down and needs work. The hallway carpets are dirty roaches crawling around on the elevators and crawling around on ghe walls in the hallways.

LTV is a great place to live downtown. I moved in the building shortly after it opened, and apartments on both sides, and I have loved living here. The staff is really friendly and great with request. As a group they are very active with making sure you are enjoying your stay. While no place is perfect, there have been very few property level issues over the years I've lived here. An occasional elevator (4 available tho), the UPS or Amazon person "claiming they can't get in" or the Cheerleader/vollyball takeover of downtown is about all there is to really complain about. These are just life events that cannot be changed or prevented and I will say the building waste no time in fixing whatever needs it, right away. If moving downtown, LTV should/must be on your short list.
