I’ve had the best experience with Reszi. Been moved in for a little over a month now and I have nothing but great things to say. From the beginning communication has been great from Elizabeth. She made the overall leasing experience a great and smooth experience. Michael, the utilities and HOA manager was also great with any questions we may have had, also making the experience a smooth one. Prior to moving in, Sylvia reached out to provide all of the information needed to have a smooth move-in, and any questions you had were answered promptly. After move-in, the communication has stayed top notch ensuring the experience is still going well. I couldn’t ask for better communication or customer service! Lastly, Miguel, with maintenance! He’s amazing and a sweet soul. All maintenance requests have been responded to and handled with ease and promptly. He goes above and beyond to ensure all requests are met and even checks in when fixing requests to make sure nothing new needs to be worked on while he’s at the property. If he’s unsure of an answer to something he finds out immediately so that the experience remains a great one and we’re not in the dark. I cannot say enough great things about this team and how easy they’ve made leasing a house. THANK YOU! 10/10 recommend 🩵✨

Rezsi has consistently been very accommodating whenever issues arise at the property. Today, in particular, I had to call about an emergency leak due to a burst outdoor water hose faucet/pipe. Joy took my call and immediately made it a priority to assign a technician who could come out the same day, especially considering we would have been without running water if she hadn’t stepped in to help. She confirmed that a technician was on the way, followed up throughout the process, and made sure everything was resolved to my satisfaction. I truly appreciate her responsiveness, professionalism, and dedication to excellent service.

I had an excellent experience with Sylvia from the leasing company’s customer service team. I was having an issue with my door app. and she was the only person who was able to help me resolve it. Sylvia wouldn’t give up until the issue was resolved. She was incredibly kind, patient, and resourceful throughout the entire process. What stood out most was that she had already reached out to introduce herself when I first moved in, which made the experience feel personal and welcoming. Her professionalism and genuine care made a stressful situation so much easier. I truly appreciate her support and dedication. She’s a real asset to the team. From the start, Elizabeth, Sylvia, and Ivan show how deeply we care about creating an easy, welcoming, and seamless leasing and move-in experience.

Absolutely incredible. The team at Live Reszi has been truely top knotch! Starting with Elizabeth, she made the leasing process quick, easy, and painless. And when we toured the house, we knew that this was going to be home. After moving in, Sylvia has been exceptional at communicating, answering questions, and guiding us through everything! This is our first time renting a house, and she has made the process easier than we could have ever imagined! There were only a few very minor issues with the house, but within an hour of letting her know, there were work orders, and maintenance was communicating with us to schedule the repairs! The biggest issue we faced was that when we showed up, our washer was broken and throwing error codes. We did a little troubleshooting, and after communicating this to Sylvia and Jerrame (the maintenance man), within 15 min we had tracking information from Lowes for a new washing machine that they will install and haul off the old ones. To say that I have been impressed beyond measure is a gross understatement. I have been beyond impressed with the professionalism, the communication, and quality of the home, service, and people that we have experienced. I cannot recommend Reszi enough! If you find one of their houses on Zillow, just sign the lease. They are incredible!
