Had some problems with the stove over the weekend and the customer service gals Anna and Harriet provided excellent assistance and support. Maintenance came and provided excellent service on a timely manner. Thank you for all you do.

2 year Reszi-dent! Reszi still has excellent customer service and communication. Our lease was coming to an end, but we also had a graduating senior who is going to college and my husband is waiting on knee surgery. It just wasn't a good time for us to pick up and move. Our Reszi Rep Ivan was so patient and understanding. He gave us all of our options and kept us updated on new information. Ivan's patience and understanding made a stressful time more manageable. We are extending our lease and look forward to relaxing and enjoying our Reszi home. Thank you, Ivan!! New Reszident here! We're only a week into our lease but I still have a lot to share. Going into this experience with Reszi, my husband and I were a little skeptical. We'd never heard of this company and doing wire transfers was new to us. After much research (and prayer) we decided to move forward, and I must say I am happy we did. We had many questions and everyone we spoke with was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. If they didn't know the answer, they put us in contact with someone who did. I've talked to several people, but Elizabeth, Emilio, Silvia, Ivan, and Jeremy are just a few who have assisted us on this journey and have given us excellent customer service. We were able to do walk-throughs, sign the lease, make our downpayments, and put in work orders in a very timely manner. Every issue has been addressed and I am confident that this will continue going forward. Thanks Team Reszi! I want to give a special thank you to Dwayne Prater, our maintenance vendor!! He is excellent. He's patient, professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Our home needed a few repairs, and he addressed them all in one day! He took care about his work to make sure things were up to his standards. Because of Dwayne and the rest of the Reszi team, I am looking forward to living in our home and I hope that it only gets better.
