It’s funny that Lincoln Court takes the time to respond to Google reviews when we never got responses about multiple issues throughout the last two years. I know that no apartment complex is perfect - but it’s the neglect we had that really rubbed me the way at Lincoln Court Apartments. We’ve had serious plumbing issues - leaks/bubbles in the walls, leaks in the fridge, dishwasher breaking every month, dirt (from who knows where) clogging our faucets, to a bathroom ceiling falling through (that took 5 days to even get someone to come check it out when this should’ve been treated immediately). I was worried whenever a storm came because I thought our whole apartment would crumble. Instead of giving us updates and at least trying to fix things, we rarely got support after putting requests and emails in. I don’t even know if there is currently a maintenance staff hired at the complex. After all this, they continue to raise the rent even with the place falling apart. They can’t even keep their staff working here for over a couple months. We will not be resigning a lease here. There are many other options in Dallas that are cheaper, and a lot nicer and safer.

I must say that it has been a pleasure moving in to this property. From the beginning the property manager Michelle Arnold was amazing. She is very professional individual and takes pride in what she does, because she went above and beyond explaining the property in detail. She made the leasing process very easy and explained and walked me through everything. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The property is so quiet and relaxing and in the ideal location, close to all major highways and plenty of nightlife and restaurants. So glad to call this home. Thanks Michelle Arnold for making my choice so easy, awesome job!!!!!

This was one of the most overly priced crappy places I have ever lived. Sunridge Management is the absolute worst, we had a revolving door of property managers and maintenance people (if we even had a maintenance person, which we didn't for about 8-10 months) that either were incompetent or given zero support from Sunridge to do their jobs. The only appliance that ever consistently worked in our whole place was the stove. Our dishwasher was broken about 75% of the two years we lived there. The fridge leaked, we had to provide our own washer and dryer (good luck to the people that are being charged for our old rusty units now that we've moved out and left them there, they said they were going to move them to someone else's unit). They had painted over everything, so there was hair stuck in the paint of our walls, paint chips everywhere and the grossest green shower head. Then when there was a rainstorm, that was fun. A month after we moved in we had water leaking down three different walls, and one of the ceilings above the shower completely fell through. It took them over a week and a half to fix it, and they acted like we should feel lucky we had an extra shower to use and were overreacting. They did an awful job fixing it, and never fixed the walls from our leaks, nor checked for mold. The leaks continued in different areas of the apartment during heavy storms for the two years, no one did anything. Finally, we spent over about $2,500 from April-August of one year because our A/C unit was about to break and when we asked them to check it they said it was fine. When it finally broke, we came back to an 110 degree apartment, and the vendor that replaced the A/C unit said it should've been replaced a long time ago. They gave us one floor A/C unit for the whole place and it took three days for someone to come replace the unit. This are just the largest things to share. There are a bunch of little things that would consistently happen as well. Broken outlets, missing or broken window elements, broken locks, dirt would build up at the end of our kitchen sink faucet, the pool floor is rusty and/or green, etc. Throughout this, they had the audacity to raise our rent. The place is truly falling apart, with no one there to help you. $2,000 a month is a SCAM. PLEASE, do not live here, the whole place needs to be ripped down.

Living here is truly like finding home. I’m so grateful for Laura, the property manager. She has truly made my time here the best experience I could’ve asked for. I met so many amazing people out by the pool and in passing around the community as well. This should be your next place to live!

I’m very happy to have a new manager that is doing amazing things. Laura Lambert is friendly and has taken care of maintenance issues that have been going on for years. She is very supportive and easy to work with. I have seen her here many late nights working long hours to help all the residents. Yea to Laura and her team keep up the good work. Jack Apt 115
