Two stars on communication. Had a patient very excited for short term placement here. Spoke to a marketer when I first sent the referral, never received any additional communication from there. Left multiple messages for multiple people, pt’s daughter did the same. No response, no call backs for four days. Was able to get her placed somewhere else in 48hrs.

It was love at first sight. Residents and employees at LMP are all so friendly, smiling and happy to greet one another. We have lived here almost 2 years and feel that our physical and mental well being have improved as a result of our move from a high rise condo with limited amenities, to LMP where there are so many opportunities to engage with others. No longer do we need to worry about shopping, cooking, cleaning, repairs, maintenance, special assessments, etc. The Life Plan Program was especially attractive for us.

Having so many dear friends that live and reside at the Legacy, I enjoy hearing how much they love living there. When I visit, I realize what a wonderful and safe community it is. From the moment I check in and await for my friend to come get me, I see the measures they have in place. The locations are fantastic and my friends are always telling me all the great programs and offsite adventures they are up to. When I have been invited to have dinner with my friends, the meal has been great and have plenty of options to choose from on the menu. I always enjoy my visits there. The Legacy is truly a place that one day I can see myself moving into as I get to know it intimately now through friends. Senior living is hard to think about and I am excited to see the possibility of a future home for me through the experiences so far.

I cannot say enough about the staff at the Legacy Midtown Park skilled nursing. A family member had to have rehab after a fall that required a stay in a skilled nursing environment. We were given a couple options but, after talking to some people with experience, we chose Legacy. Not only is it clean and beautiful, but the people who work there truly give their all to the patients. I was able to witness physical therapy sessions and could see how the therapists interact with patients. Such a wonderful feeling knowing someone you love is being so very cared for during a difficult time. Thank you for helping our family through this trying time. You are all angels on earth.
