I really do enjoy living here. The staff are kind and helpful, the amenities are great, and the property feels very safe. Maintenance is also extremely prompt and efficient. I also enjoy the monthly community events and the amenity curfews (except the gym), since it helps prevent large late-night parties. Like many new buildings, there have been some issues (fire alarms going off more often than expected, some repairs needed) but that’s somewhat understandable for a newer property. My biggest gripe is the third-party package delivery service, Fetch, that residents are required to use. If your apartment complex uses Fetch, I would STRONGLY RECONSIDER moving in, or at least ask management to switch providers (a locker system like Luxer One). I personally had about $800 worth of packages lost after being delivered to Fetch, and I have been going back/forth with them for over 2 weeks without resolution. Some neighbors have experienced similar issues. Even when packages have been successfully delivered to residents’ doors, they can be prone to getting them stolen by others if sitting out for even an hour (which HAS been happening). A secure locker system (like Luxer One) would be sooo much better. Residents could pick up packages on their own time, and common carriers (UPS, FedEx, Amazon, etc) could deliver directly without going through a third-party service. It’s a CHEAPER fee too (i recall it just being a one time fee vs Fetch’s monthly fee!!) if Lantower considers dropping Fetch, I would happily update this review to 5 stars!!

I’ve lived here for a little over a year and am giving two stars. Although the building, unit, and amenities are in good condition, (which is expected for a newer property) and the on-site staff/maintenance are nice, there are several persistent issues that have negatively affected our experience. A major concern is valet trash. This is a paid monthly service, but pickups are missed, leaving trash sitting in hallways for extended periods. This has contributed to an ongoing cockroach and bug problem in both the hallways and my apartment. Despite keeping our unit clean, bugs remain an issue, to the point where I don’t feel comfortable walking barefoot inside my unit. Pest control is offered, but if you have pets you’re required to leave the apartment for an extended period, which makes treatment difficult. Otherwise, they can put out cockroach traps, but they have not made a noticeable difference at all. There are also unresolved maintenance issues. A recurring shower leak has been “fixed,” but water continues to leak behind the trim, causing ongoing wood damage that is repeatedly patched rather than fully repaired. Additionally, we discovered after moving in that there is an 8–12 inch section of wall missing behind the toilet near the floor. Maintenance stated it couldn’t be repaired without removing the toilet, so the hole was left as-is, likely another entry point for pests. Package/delivery security is another issue. The small convenience market was removed due to theft, and I’ve personally had multiple packages and food deliveries stolen, most recently, about $150 of groceries stolen after being in the hallway. Hallways do not have cameras, signage is limited, and delivery services (including Fetch) frequently deliver to the wrong buildings. Most recently, we were charged a $65 renter’s insurance fee despite having continuous coverage. Our policy is on auto-renew, but management automatically charges a fee if updated proof isn’t uploaded by the first of the month. The lease states the fee applies when insurance lapses, not when proof is delayed. Management has refused to remove the charge, and I am currently escalating the issue. Lastly, communication with the office can be difficult. Reaching someone by phone or email often takes multiple attempts and is routed through a centralized team. For context, I work in the real estate industry managing apartment communities myself, so I understand the operational challenges involved, solutions, and how billing issues are resolved internally at most companies. That said, many of these issues feel avoidable with stronger processes, follow-through, and accountability.

Lived here for ten months. Genuinely great experience. Firstly, the front office staff are genuinely helpful kind and professional. The cleaning staff is also so friendly and effective at their job. As are the handy folks (one gent actually jumped my car!) The amenities are top tier. Fresh coffee, clean pool, fun family friendly activities. The folks who live here are professional and educated. Diverse community with folks of all backgrounds, old young, gay straight whatever. No one is messy or acting weird, it feels safe. Finally love my apartment. Beautiful space to live. I believe this is NOT owned by a private equity firm yet, so when there are issues or questions, they can get ran all the way up the chain to someone who has power/cares. Highly recommend. The fire alarm complaints are silly (things happen, it’s now fixed).

Landowner has been great! We have been here for almost a month and everything has been on point. If I put in a maintenance request they come next day. Everything works for the garage gates and to the gym equipment. The staff is amazing Victor helped us apply and get moved end. Great experience so far!

Had a great touring experience with Lina on her first day! She was very helpful and very enthusiastic. The apartments are still under construction but we were very impressed by the unit layouts and amenities of the community. Everything honestly looked fantastic down to the lobby, fitness studios, and pool.
