I’ve been living here for the past year and it has been amazing. Such a quiet and beautiful community and having the Sante Fail trail access has been amazing! Management is extremely helpful and transparent about everything, especially the community manager Dewayne Carey, couldn’t be happier with my stay!

I have had the joy of living in this community for the last year. The property is well maintained and the staff is always super helpful and quick to resolve any issues. The community is great here and everyone is very friendly. Many people stay here for several years, which speaks volumes. The front office staff including Danny and Dewayne are always extremely helpful. 10/10 would recommend!

I have loved living at lakewood flats. The amenities are great, the staff is friendly, and the location is perfect. Also, their maintenance team is quick and very responsive. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a spot near white rock lake.
