WARNING: Do not rent here. This complex is plagued by gross mismanagement and a toxic office staff. The secretary and the two managers are utterly incompetent and have the audacity to treat residents with hostility and contempt instead of doing their jobs. Multiple critical issues—including persistent internet failures, plumbing defects, and missing appliances—have been ignored for months. They have zero accountability and zero professionalism. You will be disrespected and stuck in a poorly maintained apartment. Save your money and your peace of mind: Go elsewhere I will be glad, to be contacted by the big Boss/owner of the property.

Lived here for 6 years great maintenance staff and the office staff are awesome I’ve been lucky that every time I need help Martha has always been so helpful with whatever I need great place to live

Initially, when I moved in, I had problems with my apartment. I’ve been trying to be nice and not say anything I put in work orders. They don’t get fixed until a week later this time it’s a maintenance emergency. I have not been in my house because of this issue for a week now, and it still has not been resolved. I have been trying to be very nice about this issue, but this is not acceptable.
