Enjoyed living here for 2.5 years and never experienced any serious issues. Any smaller items that needed attention were always tended to by an exceptional maintenance staff. Any repairs I submitted were usually fixed by the next day or even day of; I was impressed. The neighborhood is safe and quiet despite being such a quick drive and even walking distance from several fun areas of Dallas such as Downtown, West Village, Uptown, Katy Trail, Lower Greenville, and Old East Dallas. Shanike, the property manager, has also been very pleasant to correspond with during resigning or any apartment maintenance questions. I appreciate how much she got done around the community since she joined the management staff.

I used to live at Ivy Urban Living a couple months back, and the maintenance team was always reliable. They handled requests quickly and were easy to talk to. I really liked their attitude and how they made sure things got taken care of without any issues.the office staff was always helpful, and answered any questions when I needed help! Unfortunately we had to relocate due to family matters but great experience

I had a wonderful experience working with Shanike. She was extremely helpful and attentive, making the entire move-in process smooth and efficient. So far, I’m very happy with my decision to live here.

I have a been a resident at Ivy Urban Living going on two years now. I have enjoyed living here. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Our leasing manager Shanike is thoughtful, patient, friendly and kind. The property staff will make sure all your needs and requests are fulfilled in a timely manner especially when maintenance issues are involved. The front office staff has great communication with us residents by keeping us in the loop about what is happening and going on with the complex as far as repairs, weather conditions, and anything with the property. The staff has had successful events that they have for us residents to bring the community together to bond and get to know each other. Our communities sip and paint event was a great success by having fun, food, drinks and prizes and bonding and a great networking opportunity for myself due to me being an up and coming nail technician. I was able to have more clients for my business. My son and I really appreciate the opportunity we had got to be able to call Ivy Urban Living community our home.
