Inwood on the Park

Today, Mr Alexis Ordonez came to my apartment for taking care of our maintenance requests. He completed all the tasks successfully and efficiently except one that was not in his hand. However, he took appropriate step to fix that microwave shortly. Mr. Ordonez was polite and respectful about the arrangements in our unit. I thank him for his service. We are highly satisfied!

Cockroachs are taking over...no they already have! Long, long time to get anything fixed and so called "zen" garden is a joke. If your zen is dead shrubs, really bad landscaping, people hanging laundry all over balconies, busted up blinds, trash on patios, patio door covered with plaid blankets, dog feces bags on grounds and dog barking waking you up every morning because tenant leaves on patio by itself, sometimes for hours, this is the place for you!!! Don't bother complaining to office, all they do is tell you they are in the process of addressing the problem. Problems are never addressed and the management office staff is a revolving door. And wait.... there's more... they don't hesitate to raise your rent while letting the property continue to get worse. Yes, I will be moving when lease is up. See attached pictures.

Mail theft has become such a serious issue that residents now have to drive 15 minutes each way to the USPS location on Norwood just to pick up their mail, plus wait another 15–25 minutes for the USPS staff to retrieve it. This situation is extremely frustrating and inconvenient. Because of this and other ongoing issues, I do not recommend these apartments. I’ve also heard that car thefts happen from time to time. On top of that, the new management company is charging extra fees for what seem like unnecessary or unreasonable reasons. Do yourself a favor and seriously think it over before deciding to live here.

I really hope the management and new residents can see this. For the past month, since the office hired a new team of employees, the level of service has plummeted. A simple contract amendment to add a name has taken six weeks and is still not completed. Due to employee errors, we didn't receive any emails for two weeks, and she was still arrogant and self-righteous about it (Marquita ). Furthermore, their actions are completely contradictory; they acknowledged receiving the payment via email, but then later delayed the entire process claiming the payment hadn't been received. I've made at least five trips to the office because of this, and her frequent vacations have further delayed things. The current employee arrangements and efficiency will only exacerbate conflicts with residents. I really miss the efficiency when Victor was here. The two current female employees have "calculating" written all over their faces; they are very good at judging and sizing people up, and can easily anger customers with just a few words. I've lived here for over two years and have never been so furious. I don't think they are suitable for this type of work dealing with tenants; they will only make the entire property management worse. So, if you have unlimited patience to deal with these people, then by all means, choose this community!

They deleted my review 🤣 but please don’t move over here unless you are desperate for a place to stay. Rent is too high for these apartments to still have white refrigerators and stoves. The plumbing is also trash. The flooring is thin and not put together correctly. My apartment flooded my first week there and all they did was put fans in there’s to dry the carpet instead of taking it up. Ppl do not pick up after their dogs. The gate is always broken. I never got a gate fob even after asking for one. Roaches take over the apartment. Paid for pest control just to never receive it.Office staff is useless. If u have a noise complaint don’t waste ya time all they will do is ignore it and pretend it will be handled . My light in my kitchen fell and was down for 3 weeks no one fixed it. So please save yaself the stress and look elsewhere if you are needing to be by the UT Southwestern. Please look for other apartments
