Don't even bother looking here. This place advertises themselves as a "luxury" apartment complex but it's just lipstick on a pig unfortunately. I was willing to just forget about this place and let them thrive in their own mess, but in the last few days (early November 2025) they have begun to pester me to pay a water bill from when I moved out (August 2025). As of November 7th, I still have not received any portion of my security deposit back, despite the office sending me a statement saying I was owed $140 back from it. The bill they claim I owe is ~$30. They have not answered my emails regarding the bill. They have left me messages from a private number which I can't call back saying I need to pay the bill. When I tried to call to talk to the office about this, they picked up the phone, then immediately hung up again before either of us said anything. List of issues: The office management seems to be flavor of the week. Every time I went into the office it would be a different person in there. They have a habit of putting up their "out to lunch" sign up for over half the day, I guess because they just don't want to talk to people. When I went to turn in my move out notice, the office worker got pissed off that I was asking her to print out the correct paperwork since they did not have it available anywhere and a standard written notice was supposedly not sufficient. On move in day, my apartment REEKED of weed even though it was theoretically cleaned. The maintenance guy brought an ozone machine to help reduce the stench, which helped a bit but the smell still lingered for a couple months. Even after the smell was gone from most of my apartment, I would still smell every time my neighbors were lighting up. During the year that I lived in this complex, I would actually receive maybe 1 out of every 4 packages I ordered. There was one time I recall that the office took my package out of the locker and held it in the office but did not tell me that and was closed by the time I got home to look for it. When I moved in, my patio did not have a screen door. I put in a work order the day I moved it and followed up several times while I lived there. Never got a screen door. Shortly after I begun moving all of my things in, roaches began to show up in the apartment. It was a constant issue the whole time I lived there. I asked the management to send pest control for months and they did a few times. When pest control came weekly, there was considerably fewer roaches. Unfortunately, they stopped sending pest control and quit replying to my emails asking about it. There was an electrical issue with the building that would cause my electricity to droop when one of several AC units on the roof would turn on. This caused damage to several of my devices, yet maintenance claimed there was not anything actually wrong. Probably around 3 months that I lived there, the electronic gates were broken. This left the complex wide open. Even when the gates were functional, people would still just push them open to get into the complex without proper access. I have a lot more gripes about this complex but I have a job so unfortunately I cannot afford to spend more time typing them out on my phone. Avoid this location. Pick another complex.

⭐ 1 Star — This Place Is a Joke This has been the most frustrating, disgusting, and disappointing place I’ve ever lived. First off, the roach problem here is out of control. No matter how clean you keep your unit, they’re everywhere. It’s nasty, and management clearly doesn’t care enough to fix it. For what they charge, you’d think this was luxury living — but it’s more like paying top dollar to live in a nightmare. They hit you with hidden fees left and right, things constantly break, and nothing ever gets replaced or properly repaired. They keep switching management, but it’s always the same story: no real solutions, just empty promises. And the towing situation? Total scam. You can register your guests like they tell you, and their cars still get towed. Then they say guests can only park in the tiny 3-spot visitor area by the office (which is always full), or out on the street. It’s set up to make money off residents — plain and simple. And the icing on the cake? If you fall behind on rent for even a moment, they unregister your gate access — locking you out like a criminal — even if you haven’t been to court or had any official action taken. You’re still a legal resident, but they’ll block you anyway, for their nasty, roach-filled unit. Save yourself the money, stress, and endless frustration. This place is a mess from top to bottom. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone — not even my worst enemy

Great experience so far! The community was clean, management is professional, and I was greeted warmly from the start by Ms.Eva and lady at desk with twist. Really appreciate how well everything is maintained. Even the maintenance guy with dreads greeted me. Very sweet ! Highly recommend

Guadalupe FOR SURE and SOME other staff are unresponsive, dismissive, and unprofessional. Instead of addressing legitimate concerns, they brush them off or simply stop responding. It feels like they care more about collecting rent and late fees (that weren’t supposed to be there to begin with) than providing safe and livable housing. To make matters worse, packages constantly go missing, and when I tried to inquire about mine, the front desk staff gave vague answers or blamed the carriers. At one point, I requested to view the mail room security footage, and they denied access, raising serious red flags about theft there. The lack of transparency and accountability is extremely troubling. Lastly, there’s a serious safety issue with homeless individuals regularly entering the premises, especially around the pool and parking areas. I’ve felt unsafe more times than I can count, one of them was sleeping on the stairs of the floor I live in!! And management does nothing to improve security or address the issue. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. This place is not worth the stress, lost packages, pest problems, or poor management (GUADALUPE). What you see on the tour is NOT what you’ll get once you move
