Hidden Bend Townhomes

Hardly ever get a response. I use to be able to at least email but no response when asking about my security deposit back. Wish I hadn't had it cleaned now.

Maria and Ernesto were amazing, kind, and hardworking at meeting resident needs as best as they could. Unfortunately, whatever company owns the property now is an awful, horrible, cheap, who completely disregards resident safety and security. The mailboxes would be repeatedly broken into and mail would be stolen repeatedly (federal felony), one of my credit cards was stolen during mail theft and fraudulent charges of hundreds of dollars were made in my name as a result, but the property refused to put up a security camera or replace the mail box that was so easy to break into. The gate would be broken most of the time in the last few months I lived there, which made me wonder what exactly our rent money was being spent on if the gate couldn't be fixed quickly, maintain a secure postal box, or basic security to catch people who were obviously very comfortable ripping off working-class families and individuals. The company that owns Hidden Bend is a joke.

Maria in the office is extremely responsive, friendly, and helpful. The maintenance team are just as friendly, work extremely hard and don't let you down. If you have any issues the team takes care of you. Extremely satisfied with our experience.
