Hickory Trace Townhomes

I am having problems with my heater. I had this same problem last year regarding heater. It supposed been fix last year, but now I see it really not fix at all. I was told the unit outside was repaired. But not the inside was not fix. Inside of the Townhomes be freezing cold. This is my second time in this month (January 2024) needed them to fix my heater again. What I don't understand why do business alway wanted to hear from the tenants and still don't service or fix the problem. What I notice that you cannot patch up everything. Some things become wearing and tear. And you have to replace, repair or just buy a parts. And you cannot always patch up heater nor A/C unit. So in my case, I am trying waiting every year the heater go out again and again. And yes, I have put in work order to be fix and replace, and still having the issue in the heater. And unit inside the house, sound like it going to fall out the ceiling in both restroom. It is frustrating to wake up and it cold as ice. And when you come home from school and work. It is a pain in Heart ❤️ 💙 💜 💖 when you are constantly going through this the second year in the a row.

I had a great experience from start to finish Ms Shonda is a whole mess and some. She made sure I had all my information before during and after the process. She also made sure we were moved in in the time frame we presented to her. Great job lady keep it up.

I first inquired about these townhomes around April of last year. Zalshonda contacted me and provided me with detail regarding the process and also informed me that they didn't have any available units at the time. But she placed me on the waiting list and stayed in contact with me. I ended up staying in my home state instead of moving so I informed her of this so she would remove me and could place someone else in my spot. Fast forward to this year, I applied again and ZalShonda again contacted me quickly and asked if I was still looking to move and when. ZalShonda is the sweetest and is very patient. She provides you with everything you need to know and how to submit, as I was having trouble submitting some documents, she walked me through it over the phone and it was successful. She kept me informed throughout the process and works very quickly in hopes to getting you approved. ZalShonda is just a blessing. Thank you, ZalShonda! Keep up the good work you do to help others!

Ms Shonda was so very helpful!! She helped me with everything. She was so patient with me and the difficult process that it took on my behalf. overall very nice and clean we are loving our new home.

Do not move here, you call or email corporate they will tow your car, charge you fees , put notices in your door to try to shame you. I have proof. Pictures and videos of them throwing bulk trash look like a housing project most of the time. Ask for pictures I'll show you.
