THE COMMUNITY MANAGER AT LAKE OF WOODS APARTMENT .THE OFFICE MANAGER (.BROOKE )IS AMAZING.THIS LADY GOES OVER AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY.I HAD KNEE REPLACEMENT SURGEON IN JANUARY, AND HAVING THE OTHER KNEE REPLACEMENT END OF THIS MONTH, BROOKE HAS MADE SURE THAT ALL MY NEEDS IN MY APARTMENT WAS TAKEN CARE . BROOK CHECKS WITH ME TO MAKE SURE THAT I WAS OKAY AFTER MY FIRST KNEE REPLACEMENT SURGERY AND STILL CHECKS IN TO SEE IF I NEED ANYTHING AND IF I'M OKAY, THIS LADY SHOULD HAVE AWARD. I'M TELLING YOU, SHE IS ONE OF SWEETEST LADY THAT I KNOW.. BROOKE, MAKE SURE THE OUTSIDE OF THE PROPERTY IS WELL MAINTAINED AND TAKEN CARE OF. The apartment condition is relative old and shabby. The elevator is broken for 2-3 month, and they never going to fix it. I live in 4th floor and my 91 year old parents suffered a lot from this issue. The management team are suspicious of breaking the Texas Property Code § 92.331 that Texas landlords generally cannot retaliate because you requested repairs, complained to a government agency about a building/housing code issue, or exercised your tenant rights.
