I had the pleasure of working with [Consultant’s Name] during my apartment leasing process, and she was truly exceptional. Melissa at Hall Street Flats Apartments is an exceptional manager who consistently goes above and beyond her job responsibilities to ensure residents are taken care of. She is professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and reliable. Her respectful and caring approach truly makes a difference. The apartment community is beautiful, and maintenance requests are addressed promptly after submission. I am very grateful for my decision to move to Hall Street Flats and would confidently recommend this community to anyone considering it. Melissa, you are an amazing person in general! EXTREME SAFETY CONCERN – DO NOT LIVE HERE. While I was home one evening my apartment was SHOT at. A bullet penetrated my living room wall and landed on my kitchen floor. This is not an exaggeration or a figure of speech — it is a documented, life-threatening incident that occurred on Hall Street Flats property. The response from management was appalling. Melissa, the Property Manager, demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism, urgency, or basic human concern. In the weeks following a firearm-related incident inside my home, management was largely unreachable. Calls and emails went unanswered for days at a time, and staff repeatedly claimed Melissa was “out of the office.” When I was finally able to speak with her, Melissa was dismissive and made a point to repeatedly state that management was “not legally responsible” — rather than addressing resident safety, next steps, or offering any meaningful support. Shockingly, over the course of approximately one month, she introduced herself to me multiple times, apparently unable to recognize or remember the resident whose apartment had been breached by gunfire. There was no clear communication, no transparency, and no accountability. I ultimately moved out, believing the ordeal was over. Three months later, I received a notice from a debt collection agency alleging I owe Hall Street Flats $159. I was never notified of any outstanding balance, never provided an explanation, and never given an opportunity to dispute the charge before it was escalated to collections. This raises serious concerns about their billing practices and recordkeeping. Between the dangerous location, grossly negligent management response to a violent incident, and questionable post-move-out financial practices, Hall Street Flats is a place I would strongly advise anyone to avoid. Tenant safety and basic administrative competence are clearly not priorities here.

If you’re looking for an apartment, let me just say this: the management team truly matters. I toured multiple apartments in one day, and even though some of them looked nice, none of them felt the way Hall Street Flats did. I actually ended up coming back because the experience here was on a completely different level. Brian, the assistant manager, gave me my tour on Saturday and he was amazing. He was friendly, patient, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. You can tell he really enjoys helping people and that made such a difference for me. After applying, an unexpected issue came up on my application, and Melissa, the manager, stepped right in to help. She reviewed everything, explained what happened, and handled it so quickly. I was on a serious time crunch and she still got my application reviewed and approved in just two days. That kind of care and effort is not something you find everywhere. The property is beautiful, but honestly it was the management team that sold me. When you’re choosing a place to live, it gives you so much peace of mind knowing the people in charge actually care. Brian and Melissa made this whole process easy, stress free, and honestly enjoyable. If you want to live somewhere with a team that genuinely values their residents, Hall Street Flats is it. They are the reason I chose this community and I’m so glad I did. Thank you again Brian & Melissa!

I recently moved in to Hall Street Flats from North Central Florida and never stepped foot into Dallas, Texas before signing the lease and it was a shot in the dark that I had to make for my career and I'm satisfied overall. They absolutely met all of my expectations upon moving in and Christopher made all of it super easy for me. The people who live here are respectful and property management has been top tier in my opinion. The corner mart is a bit grunge, so if you get that side I'm sure there's entertainment there to watch haha. Got lucky with a unit off of Roseland and McCoy so people walk their dogs on that side and it's much cleaner. I'd recommend this complex to anyone new to Dallas and is looking for a budget friendly apartment or studio :)
