Of all my apartment living experiences in DFW, this is by far my favorite. I've lived in two different units here and have always enjoyed coming home to this building. Safety was important to me after my last nightmare building (4123) down the street. I feel very safe here, the building is quiet and everyone is very friendly. The amenities are great and I'm really excited for the new fire pit being installed in the courtyard. Jayla & Lyn, the property managers, have been more than helpful and welcoming since the company took over last year. I've also been thoroughly impressed with how quickly maintenance requests are handled. Cornelius and his team usually handle any request the same day. When the AC went out in our last unit, the replacement was quick and seamless. Counting the days until we can lay at the pool again!

I have lived here for almost seven years with multiple different managements. Griffis took over about a year ago. . . THANK GOD!! the improvements have been astonishing! They actually listen to their tenants requests and put them into effect!! The remodels are amazing. The staff (from cleaning, maintenance, front desk, and especially their incredible manager) is top notch!! They have dog treats/goodies, doggie bag stations at every exit, multiple grills AND flat tops for all your bbq’n needs. Updated gym. Beautiful rooftop lounge (BYOB). They’ll have to kick me out of here to leave at this point!! Huge shoutout and thank you to the team that makes living here enjoyable! 10/10 recommend moving here!!

I absolutely love living at Griffis Oak Lawn! The community has gone through beautiful renovations that truly make it feel modern, upscale, and welcoming. There are always great resident events that make it easy to meet people, and it attracts a wonderful community of young professionals. The gym is amazing, and the yoga studio has been perfect for both workouts and dancing. Maintenance is also super quick and reliable, which makes living here even better. The leasing staff is incredible friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything I need. Highly recommend calling this place home!

I've lived here for a year and have loved it so much that I'm upgrading to a larger unit! The community is clean, safe, well-maintained, and has awesome amenities. That all matters when it comes to a home, but the cherry on top is being taken care of by staff members like Jayla Acosta (assistant community manager). Jayla has been so helpful during the transfer process, has fantastic communication skills and her customer service demonstrates that she truly cares about her tenants. I'm so glad I got connected with her and that we have her here at Griffis Oak Lawn!

I love living here. I’ve lived in three different complexes in Dallas and this is by far the best one. It is so clean, the management really puts an effort into improving the space. I have never lived in a complex where they take cleanliness and improvements so seriously. They also are super sweet to the pets and provide treats for them along with doggy bags at the little pet station. Maintenance is also great. They will immediately come and fix any issues I’ve had. They have so many things they offer to the tenants and you can really tell they care for us. The only cons is the water, it is extremely hard. I have a filter for my shower and it still doesn’t get everything. The amenities are great but you are limited to two guests per apartment and if you’d like to host more than 2 people, you have to pay $100 an hour to use the sky lounge which is excessive in my opinion especially for the rent we pay. I understand there are restrictions for a reason but it does suck if you want to have friends over.
