The apartments are beautiful, well maintained, and very spacious. Thank you to Anthony Jimenez, Assistant Manager, for taking the time to show the unit

This is, unfortunately, one of the worst places to live. The manager allowed my daughter to rent an apartment that they knew beforehand had flooding issues. When it rained, it flooded her apartment, not once, but 3 times within a 4 month time period. No empathy was expressed until the very last time and there was NEVER any since of urgency on their part. She was "finally" allowed to break her lease with no credit damage, but they did not compensate her for all the times she was inconvenienced. If you move to this property, please ask about potential flooding especially on the 1st floor. Look around, there are obvious signs of flooding, especially now.

I moved in June of 2024 and things went well for a few months - Gina was in charge at the time and she made sure that maintenance requests and issues were taken care of in a timely manner. Well, Gina was so good at her job that she got promoted to another property not long after I moved in (which is great for her and very well deserved!). Alejandra was the only other competent person in that office who seemed to get anything done, but she’s also since left the property, and things are only getting worse. I would not recommend this complex to anyone. For the price you pay here, you can absolutely find something better in the area. The drag racing on streets back behind the complex is a constant problem, happens all through the night. Neighbors are noisy and disrespectful, with no consideration shown for others’ peace or property. Folks partied too hard and broke glass bottles in the pool over Labor Day weekend which broke the pool pump and caused the leasing office to close the pool on weekends. I had my car broken into while I lived here - whoever did it smashed my window but didn’t even take anything. The leasing office supposedly asked the complex’s courtesy officer if he had footage of the break-in…but of course he didn’t because I have never once seen this courtesy officer in the complex. A domestic dispute occurred in the unit right below me. Someone’s girlfriend was hurling stuff at his window, which then broke the window, and so he went downstairs and they were screaming at each other in the parking lot until the maintenance guy came by in his golf cart to call 911. The front gates are also constantly broken, which is hilarious given the name of the complex. Suffice it to say, I did not feel safe here and moved out as soon as my year-long lease was up.
