Gables Republic Tower - Dallas

Getting a job offer was great, but meeting Tom, Leasing office, was a magnificent ending to my day! I am married to a registered architect. Floors, finishes, color choices, security and a “window”to the cultural downtown—all of it made me a future resident. This former NYC girl found her forever home!

I’ve had a great experience living at this property and want to recognize the team for their outstanding service. Bria is consistently professional, responsive, and knowledgeable, and always makes the resident experience feel seamless. I’d also like to commend Sarita, who does an excellent job managing the community. Her leadership is evident in how smoothly everything runs and in the high level of professionalism across the team. The maintenance team deserves special recognition as well — they are prompt, efficient, and thorough, and any requests are handled quickly and with care. Overall, I’m very pleased with my experience here and truly appreciate the quality of service provided by the entire staff.

I absolutely love living in our apartment building! The views are stunning, and our unit feels spacious and open. Compared to most downtown options at this price point, the amount of space we have is fantastic. The staff here are always friendly and ready to help whenever something comes up. My neighbors are great, and being part of a dog-friendly community has been a wonderful bonus. Highly recommended for those who value space and a welcoming atmosphere!

The staff here did a great job in my initial visit. They were very informative, helpful & did a thorough job in explaining all the amenities & perks of living here. Bria went up & above in the tour showing me multiple units to help with my decision. In looking for somewhere to live, she did an outstanding job & made me feel like I would be more than welcomed to live here......great job Gables, hope you keep up that enthusiasm throughout my lease !

I lived at this apartment for 2 years but I have complaints. Maintenance dented my personal washer and dryer a year ago when they were fixing a leak in someone else’s apartment and had to come through my wash room to fix it. It never was addressed. I went through 3 refrigerators in 2 years because they either leaked or couldn’t keep my food cold. The manager said I shouldn’t put too much food in my fridge as an answer to them being cheap. I never did get reimbursed the 500 I spent at Costco for the food that was wasted due to the fridge issues. When I moved I had to stay on top of sister girl (manager) not Thomas for my 60 day notice ao I could get my deposit and to not be charged additional days which I still was. The manager seemed to have a lot of snooping to do when I was moving that seemed odd. A month later and they don’t want to give me my 1500 deposit back and in fact they believe I owe them an additional 2000 for the floor. I left the apartment in great condition and I don’t allow shoes past my front door yet I was charged for a floor replacement. They stated that there were odors and extra cleaning they had to do also. Funny thing is that I’m a clean person and I came to clean the apt for 3 days after I already moved so I could get my deposit back with no issues and they still came up inaccurate data. When u leave they will make up things that are not true to keep your deposit. If u dispute it they won’t ask you for any proof but will come back a week later still asking for the same money without a proper investigation. The manager is a liar (not Thomas). Apartments are good to stay at besides the elevators always down. The manager is not to be trusted and here are some pictures of how I left the apartment and my dented washer. Good luck with the grift but i wont be back and I definitely won’t have my deposit taken and pay an additional 2000 dollars for someone’s greed and a lying manager. Additionally the odor left was the odor of Clorox and pine sol. Before cleaning the apartment my house smelled like wood scent febreeze plugins since I love that smell. Guess I’m being charged for the smell of clean and stepping too hard on a hardwood floor though it was steamed cleaned all while I lived there. See pictures attached
