Fitzgerald was simply amazing! Tour was phenomenal, got to see some awesome floor plans and super excited to lease here

Had a fantastic experience living at gables park 17. They have a 24/7 concierge who are all legends - big thanks to Tim, Jerry and Kris in particular! You can have your packages delivered directly to the concierge and they will hold it for you until you pick it up. No risk of people stealing your packages. The pool area is amazing. Great setting, gets the sun all day, and has a good view. Ignore all of the comments about the elevators not working. There’s 4 of them they are all up and running basically all of the time. You can’t really ask for much more. The maintenance always fixed everything within a day and the security of the building was top notch. To top it all off, you’re a stone throw away from Tom Thumb Supermarket. Couldn’t recommend more and would Love to live here again’

I visited my son at Christmas, and it was my first time staying in a Dallas high-rise. The views at Park 17 were incredible, but what really stood out was how welcomed I felt. I had the pleasure of meeting one of the gentlemen at the concierge desk as well as the Property Manager, Brenda. Both were so friendly, professional, and genuinely kind. The location is fantastic, with so much to enjoy just steps from the front door. It was a great experience overall, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit.

The building is located in a really nice area, the apartment units are beautiful, and the staff are super helpful. The leasing agents Nestor and Jerold were on top of everything and made sure my move in went smoothly. Maintenance staff is also very helpful and responsive. It’s a friendly community and I’m enjoying living here!

After a month here, I couldn’t be happier with my choice. The staff is incredibly friendly and responsive, and it feels like they genuinely care about the residents. This past weekend the manager, Brenda, made sure that I was aware of the onsite, complimentary breakfast for all residents in the 7th floor entertainment spaces. The amenities are top-notch—especially the gym, which is always clean and ready to use. I am enjoying my apartment, and the view is amazing! Noise levels are low, which makes it a peaceful and relaxing place to unwind after a long day. Most importantly, I feel safe. I look forward to what's next here!
