Gables Mirabella - Dallas

Gables Mirabella is a charming little community with great residents and walkable to Katy Trail, Quad, Whole Foods, & so much more. The apartments offer spacious bedrooms which is hard to find in new construction. We love it here. The staff is attentive and will go out of their way to help you.

Katie is amazing! She always goes above and beyond and is so willing to help with anything. On top of that, she’s incredibly kind and makes the whole experience here better. Really appreciate everything she does! Maintenance guys are also really cool dudes that work hard. The only downside has been the $30/month trash valet service. it’s not something I find very useful when the shoot is right next to me.

I have lived at Gables Mirabella for two years, and I have had a great experience here. In particular, I want to shout out the building’s maintenance crew, who are always timely, attentive, and efficient.

Victor and Enrique are exceptional members of the maintenance team. They are consistently reliable, responsive, and attentive to every request. Their professionalism and strong work ethic are evident in the care they put into ensuring that everything is functioning properly. They approach each task with a positive attitude and handle issues efficiently and thoroughly. Their dedication and pride in their work make a noticeable difference, and their efforts are greatly appreciated.
