Futura Lofts

The units themselves are quite nice and maintenance is responsive for the most part, though I have dealt with several small recurring issues (toilet struggles to flush, water leaking from random appliances, a finicky furnace). I would rate them 3/5, but I feel like I was bamboozled into getting a corner unit under the notion that my energy bill would be slightly higher than a traditional unit, but there have been multiple months where I've literally had to pay $300-$500 solely for my energy bill. I would advise everyone to stay away from the corner units or units with several large windows, as they are all single pane and notably energy inefficient. I would advise management / leasing to be more forthcoming about the exact projected cost for units.

Morgan is awesome she let me see multiple studios multiple times she has been super helpful and patient with me and all the studios are super awesome. Ive had friends live in futura before and its super cool if you like the industrial vibe

I moved into a unit here sight unseen towards the end of the crazy covid days, Daniel gave me his word that this was a great unit and man was he right! The building is safe, and the neighbors are quiet and respectful. Laura in the office is truly amazing!!! She handles any and all of my problems/questions in a very timely manner, she has an answer for everything, along side a wonderful sense of humor. I always walk out of the office with a smile.. Parking is always easy and convenient. Maintenance is top notch, I feel like there is always someone walking around keeping the grounds tidy and clean. also there is a QR code by the mail area you can scan and get deals on local restaurants, bars, and other things to do in the area. so you don't often have to look far for things to do. Come look at a few units here before signing the dotted line at the other cookie cutter apartment complexes in the area.

I’ve been living in Deep Ellum lofts for close to two years. Futura lofts offers luxurious living at affordable cost as well as on-call maintenance. The amenities such as Fitness center, pool, outdoor cooking area, and rooftop are always clean and practically empty. Every resident has their own code to get into the building/ pool area, and a key fob which gives a sense of extra safety. Grocery stores are nearby, restaurants and shops are walking distances. Parking is gated and free for the Futura building. The loft it’s self spacious and open. Neighbors are friendly and respectful. The only negative review for me would be the key fob is not always responsive right away.

I’ve been here three months now and it seems like the property mangers care. I’ve submitted two maintenance requests - one for my dish washer and another for them to change my AC filter. Both were finished in a timely manner. They just installed security cameras near the entrance so they’re seemingly taking the residents’ concerns seriously. The leasing staff is very friendly. Shout out to Daniel and Jackie at the leasing office and Eddy and Patrick the maintenance men. They’re all super friendly. I also received a $400 move in bonus! So far I’m digging it.
