Stayed here for 3 mo. while relocating to Dallas. It was okay. Had an issue with rodents/roaches that they took care of very quickly. The roaches were the big kind that come in from outside so we weren't concerned as much. Great neighborhood too.

Nice updates and a serene environment. The time o spent here was peaceful and relaxing. Responsive team and great neighbors. Conveniently located to Lower Greenville and Uptown.

I LOVE this place. Staying here was easily the highlight of my time in Dallas. Definitely contributed to a great quality of living. Maintenance is super prompt. Residents are respectful, the environment is always clean. It’s pretty nice and quiet too. And the courtyard is stunning. Thank you guys for making my stay memorable and comfortable.

The cracks are growing and maintenance said it's not a leak it's structural he also told me a woman died in here and it was about a couple weeks before anyone found her body. They also won’t fix the issues or move me to a safe unit and said I have to contact an attorney. It’s not safe to live here. Do not rent here. Evil lives among these walls.

The management is responsive. When there are problems, they are quickly corrected. The courtyard is one of the best features of the property. I spend more time on my deck enjoying the peaceful setting than I do indoors. The neighbors are friendly.
