I lived here for over 7yrs and it was a good experience, all the works are exceptional and most importantly Elizabeth, she is friendly and welcoming she will do anything in her power to get issues resolved

Nice apartment, everything new, quick to make repairs. Elizabeth is so sweet and helpful. My man lives in these apartments and for the year we’ve dated he’s had all good things to say about them.

If you are real estate professional, I'd like to caution you on referring clients here. The Flats At 5 Mile Creek communication is subpar at best, as I've reached out to this office many times over the course of a year. Their response and actions are not consistent. I referred a client here at least over a year ago, October 2022. My client moved in November 2022 and I have not received compensation/commission yet for the referral. I've made multiple inquiry attempts to collect the referral fee. I have visited the office and left invoices with letter for payment. I've called their office numerous times and I've emailed the manager Luis even more times and I've gotten the run around. I even left a voice message for their boss, Nessa, at corporate and I did not get a returned call. This is in conjunction with my office trying to collect payment as well. Many professional agents work only with leases, rely on the commission/referral fee in a timely manner and deserve the pay they've earned. This isn't fair to those hard workers. I wish this apartment respected my time and honored their professional word.

I rated 3 stars only because I haven't got in yet. But for the location this complex has always been well kept. I have a few friends that have lived here before purchasing their homes. I've been leaving my name and phone # for about a year but they never call when they get availability. But they are very nice about answering the phone and providing the necessary information. Hopefully, I can make this 5 stars soon.

I absolutely love it here! I don’t too much care for the area but the apartments are nice. The Management staff are phenomenal people who actually care about their tenants. The complex is ducked off and quiet. They keep the grounds clean. Maintenance fix things in a timely manner. They have security after hours. Management know their residents by name, they walk the property and care for the complex. 5 stars for me 😊
