Expo Park | Lofts

I usually don’t write or read reviews about leasing tour experiences. However, I feel compelled to share about my wonderful experience with the management team at Expo Park, Cassidy / Josh / Hannah. I can’t thank them enough for their patience and kindness throughout my leasing process. I toured the property (multiple units, multiple times) with them over several weeks and had great experiences each time. They were courteous and accommodating. I also chatted with a few current residents who all spoke highly of their experiences living here. It is clear that the team prioritizes resident comfort, safety, and fostering a community feel. The property itself is beautifully maintained and very unique. Each courtyard is gated, and the koi pond and greenery really make you feel like you’ve been transported out of Dallas. For any rowers reading this, there is a Concept2 available in the gym here (which I hear the team added following a resident’s request!) Although the units available during my moving window did not quite suit my needs at the time, I would not hesitate to lease here in the future. Thanks again Cassidy, Josh, and Hannah for your help.

Got to be the best place to live in Dallas. The management team, Josh, Hannah and Cassidy are absolute gems. Properties are very well maintained. Good restaurants and bars around the corner. Each apartment is unique. Vibes are impeccable.
