I’ve lived in several apartment communities, and I can honestly say that since M3 Protective Services started patrolling our property, I’ve felt much safer. The officers are always professional, visible, and respectful when interacting with residents. They actually patrol the property instead of just sitting in one spot. It makes a huge difference knowing they are present and paying attention. Highly recommend M3 for any apartment community looking to improve safety and peace of mind!

The new staff in office are AWESOME! They are very communicative and hard-working They have changed the environment in these apartments and it shows. I love that they have on foot Security nightly. My move in was easy clean and welcoming. Great jobs:)

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great Place to Live I’ve had a very good experience living at Exchange 7272. Management and staff are proactive and do an excellent job keeping residents informed, especially during weather or other important situations. Communication is clearly a top priority. The maintenance team is outstanding. Requests are usually handled within hours or within 24 hours, and every team member I’ve interacted with has been professional, friendly, and skilled. I was very impressed with the community engagement, especially the National Cocoa Day meet-and-greet in December 2024, which made me feel confident I made the right choice moving here. Ms. Felicia, Ms. Sarah, and the entire team make living here comfortable and secure. I also appreciate the new GateWise entry system, which adds an extra level of safety for residents. Overall, Exchange 7272 is a well-managed community that’s always working to improve the resident experience.

I've lived here for over a year. I personally have not had any bad experiences in nor around my actual Apartment. The geographical area is low poverty, kids/teens are always roaming, day & late evenings. There should be a carefree in place. The property is kept decent as far as trash and landscaping is concerned. The office staff is great at responding to any concerns one may have.

DO NOT move into these apartments unless you want stress every week. Ive had to contact the apartments for months about a leaking fridge, gnats and roaches, A/C over heating, A/C unit leaking and coming down, and it took the apartment over weeks to months to fix all the issues (some of the issues have NOT been resolved). The apartment staff is very quick to neglect emergency request, close request, and deny maintenance request for their mistakes. I really wanted to let the apartments fix these issues without having to sue or file a code violation but I had to file a code concern with the city because the apartments has had pest control come 3 times now and I have gnats and roaches I can’t get ride of, water damage to my floors in my kitchen due to a leaking fridge that took 2 months to be replaced, and damages to my bathroom ceiling due to mold growing inside of A/C unit.
