Clayton provided an excellent service for my dishwasher. They handled the repair immediately, very smoothly, and without creating any mess at all. The technician was professional, efficient, and clearly focused on delivering top-quality work.

I visited the office today about a key replacement request that showed as completed but had not been communicated to me. Sacha, the property manager, was professional and took time to look into the matter while I was there. I did attempt to call over the weekend to check on the status, but the phone routes to an AI assistant and I was unable to reach anyone directly. Clearer communication and more accessible phone support would be helpful for residents.

Great place to live! Under relatively new management so take older post with a bit of a grain a salt... That said, staff is very professional and friendly! Maintenance is fast and responsive! Property is clean and well serviced! Amenities are very nice, pool and gym are top notch! Community is pet friendly and people living here are quiet, nice and the location is safe. Walkable to Dart bus and train stops, Deep Ellum and the Dallas Farmers Market. Highly recommend!

Ruby is absolutely outstanding! From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, knowledgeable and genuinely cared about helping me find my right home. She answered all of my questions with patience and professionalism, and made the tour stress-free. you can tell she truly loves what she does, and it shows in the way she treats people. If you're looking for an awesome place to live this is the place and ask for RUBY! I will be applying once I give my current place notice. Thanks RUBY!

moved in May 2025 & have had a pleasant experience living here. i have a first floor with a yard which is great for my dogs. the pool is beautiful and well maintained in the summer time. maintenance is always responsive and quick to address any concerns or needs i’ve had, very communicative. the property manager has recently switched and i noticed i wasn’t getting email responses, so i went through the resident app and they responded promptly and provided the new managers email. i work a lot so i don’t really get to enjoy the amenities much, but there’s a lounge area outside with tvs, pool table, shuffle board, plus a large seating area around the pool. only complaints i have are that during the warm months when i wanted to use the grills, they were often inoperable or the person who used them prior did not clean when they were done. my neighbors above me smoke cigarettes and this development was transitioned into a “non-smoking” community back in July. Management says they’ve addressed it with them, guess my neighbors are choosing not to listen. also there is an overwhelming smell of marijuana often, which isn’t the complex’s fault, just residents that don’t want to follow the rules. the common areas could be a little cleaner, but overall it’s a nice complex to live in. the issues that i discussed are minor and mostly resident related, not property or management related. also gated parking garage which is nice, i’ve seen two vehicle break-ins since living here, but i don’t think they were random. also, it’s the city of dallas, i don’t think vehicle break-ins are 100% avoidable in any complex/parking lot. my lease is due to expire in May 2026 and i very well might be renewing! :)
