MRS TAM AT THE FRONT DESK IS AN ABSOLUTE ASSET TO MARRIOTT. I could stay anywhere in Dallas and choose to stay here because of how wonderful she makes the experience and how well she cares for and tends to the guests. That being said, the entire property is wonderful! Always clean, great gym, wonderful breakfast, great views, and close to everything. I’ve referred so many family, friends, clients, and, classmates to this property!

First time staying at the Element Dallas property and I was overly satisfied. During my stay I received difficult news and was feeling overwhelmed. Brandon, who was working the evening social, showed genuine kindness and hospitality that truly made a difference. His attentiveness and warmth were exactly what I needed in that moment. As a Gold member and former Platinum member of over 10 years with Marriott, I can say this property and level of service really stood out. I would absolutely recommend and return.

This location has the most friendliest staff. The breakfast attendee was great on remembering multiple orders, housekeeping staff were fast at attending to our needs, and let me not forget my hero of the day , the front desk young man Mr. D who helped me get out of an icy situation this morning. Thank you Mr. D , you went above and beyond your duties to help me get on the road and back home. 👏

I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the outstanding service I received during my recent visit to your establishment in downtown Dallas. The location proved to be a very good choice, offering a comfortable and unpretentious environment. However, what truly made my experience memorable was the exceptional attention provided by Ms. Tam at the reception desk. After a long and tiring day, her kindness and attentiveness stood out remarkably. She was incredibly helpful, courteous, and professional throughout my stay. Please extend my heartfelt thanks to Ms. Tam for her dedication and excellent service. Brandon at the front desk is amazing!! The customer in front of me was yelling at him for arguably no reason. Brandon held his composure and had such grace. As a retail manager that’s amazing to see. He didn’t let the angry customer affect his service to me. There was an issue with my booking since I wasn’t added to the family reservation- Brandon quickly gave me the steps to take and got it solved. Rooms are clean, second floor breakfast space has a nice patio & is clean. Great to work in on the fly.
