Ele Dallas Apartments

This is one of the best apartment complexes out there. Having lived in college Station and multiple apartment complexes in Dallas. You cannot compare to the area and management team amenities - across the board this place is five stars and would recommend it to anybody who asked.

This is the best apartment complex in Dallas. I lived there from 2022 to 2026 and was one of the first tenants there. Being a block from Trader Joe’s and all of the bars and restaurants in Lowest Greenville is amazing. I am only leaving because I am moving into a house.. otherwise I would’ve chosen to live here even longer. The management team led by Brandon is the best apartment management team. I’ve experienced in my 10+ years of living in apartments across multiple cities and states.

We absolutely love living at ELE Apartments. The community is well-maintained, comfortable, and truly feels like home. A huge reason for our positive experience is the maintenance team—especially Jorge. He is always friendly, professional, and incredibly reliable. Anytime we’ve needed help, Jorge responds quickly and gets the job done right the first time. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares as much as he does, and it makes a big difference in day-to-day living. We’re so grateful for him and highly recommend ELE Apartments to anyone looking for a great place to live.

Originally I moved here in 2023 and have lived in a few different units. I have seen the management change a couple of times and I have got to say its never been so good. Brandon is doing such a good job. He and his team are always welcoming and always go above and beyond to make life easy! the location is amazing here at the ELE and the apartments are ideal for low stress stylish living. Great work Brandon and team!

The good: location. The bad: 1. Leaks and mold: my unit leaked 4 times during my 1-year stay (I was not on the first floor). Twice two different Windows leaked from heavy rain. Twice the ceiling leaked due to the units above me. You can see from the series of photos that it went from a small drip on the ceiling to complete flooding and destruction of walls, door frame and floor because the Ele waited two weeks to fix a leak. The fix was cosmetic instead of the complete replacement promised, and for sure I then discovered mold(see last photo). There was a lot of reasons offered (corporate approval, vendor etc.), but my health and basic standard of living was certainly not the team's priority. 2. Lack of communication: between the frequent change of management and personnel, it was difficult to get responses. I moved out a month ago and have not heard back regarding my deposit at all. Judging by other reviews, probably won't hear back. (Edit to say I have received my deposit back.) 3. Bad Internet: already raised by others, can confirm. I was losing my VPN every five minutes. 4. Generally bad building quality, thin walls/ceilings and noise 5. Lax rules: neighbors having late night parties, trash, bad behaving animals etc.
