​Huge shoutout to Lue, our maintenance supervisor! Honestly, I’ve never seen someone so on the ball. Whenever a request goes in, Lue is already on it with a plan. He’s professional, incredibly efficient, and genuinely cares about the quality of his work. It’s such a peace of mind knowing the building is in his hands. Thanks for everything you do, Lue!

The leasing agent who people are referring to as being unprofessional is Rosie. I had scheduled tour with her the weekend. Upon arriving she told me to sit down. Continued to do paperwork then informed me. . There was no unit to tour .They have about 25 vacant apartments currently. I had to ask 3 times for a scheduled tour. Then after continuing to do paperwork. She said, ok you can go look yourself. When I returned to the office . There was another leqsing agent who came in while i was touring myself. Must of been Rosie manager. Rosie was now looking at me while she talked, polite , courteous and professional. I wish she was that way when she works alone . I wanted a unit but her uncaring ,overlooking me attitude changed my mind .

These apartments are a the most unprofessional apartments I have ever come across in my 34 years of life. I applied for an apartment an never heard from anyone, never got a email , never got an answer from the office. Received a letter in my email said I was approved with conditions but finally heard back from office am they said that was an error and im denied. Mind you I applied on December 22 an just now heard from someone today which is the 31st. I was double charged for my application. Also when I spoke to the office she basically was talking like I was annoying her because I had questions pertaining to my account. Do not move here it is an unprofessional mess!!!
