Your night concierge lady is VERY VERY rude!!!! She doesn’t like it when she is disturbed watching movies on her phone! This is the 2nd time Ive came here and she won’t speak or utter a word to you, if you say thank you she literally rolls her eyes and doesn’t say anything!! I blew it off before because everyone has a bad day but after today I’m convinced she doesn’t like her job she just wants to sit and watch her phone. My thoughts of moving here have vanished, I’ll just stick to visiting my cousin when she isn’t here!!

This building is beautiful and the pool is probably the best in dallas. Tara the manager is so good at making people feel seen and is so helpful and that's what makes an apt complex. Location is sick with the Katy trail and sccess to comedy club movie theater restaurants and overall walkable. Highly recommend to anyone.

My experience with Eastline was extremely disappointing, especially regarding their handling of my move-out and flooring charges. After leaving my unit in great condition, I was hit with a $2,119 flooring replacement charge. During my final walk-through, I was told there were no issues, yet this charge appeared without warning or justification. Neither the property team or the Greystar Receivables department seems to know who is responsible. I’ve been passed back and forth between them with no accountability, even though both acknowledge my account has been transferred. I requested documentation (photos of damage, depreciation schedule, and final inspection report) and haven't been given anything. This kind of billing feels dishonest. Other reviews have had similar stories. I would not recommend renting here. I’ve attached pictures from a video I took of my apartment on move-out day, and emails from Eastline/Greystar.

Eastline Residences are incredible, as are the people that work here! We shopped around for apartments for months leading up to our move, and I can confidently say that these apartments and amenities are top of the line in Dallas. The leasing agents, Taylor and Stacey, go above and beyond for active and prospective tenants. Taylor was kind enough to show us her own apartment that she was just moving into when there were no vacant units to show in the floor plan we were eyeing. Stacey was unnecessarily accommodating upon move-in when we had issues with our movers. They consistently go beyond their job responsibilities to make this place a true community. Having lived in other apartment complexes over the years, it’s refreshing to live in a building where the employees are approachable and treat you as neighbors/friends. The location is ideal with walking paths and restaurants within a stone’s throw. The concierge is always warm and welcoming, greeting my dog with treats every time we walk by. The apartments are spacious, bright and modern. We’re shy of 2 months into our lease and are already planning to renew. Highly recommend calling Eastline Residences your home!

We've lived here for a few months now. It's hard to imagine there's a nicer place in Dallas. Incredible views. Incredible amenities. Just walking in the front feels like you're staying at a nice hotel. You won't see it on a tour, but the views at night are better than during the day. I was definitely worried about sound, but I've never heard any of our neighbors.
