I’ve had a great experience at Donna Lynn Apts! The apartments are clean and well-maintained, and the amenities are fantastic. Marlene, the property manager, is amazing—always friendly, helpful, and professional. She truly makes this place feel like home. Highly recommend!

Run from this place! Roach infested. I was shown an apartment and roaches ran everywhere when we walked in. Rude office staff primarily ALEXIA she comes off rude and not very helpful or knowledgeable she also doesn't do a good job at just giving minor details. I really wanted to move here, but I will pass! Thanks Alexia

Started out fine until they changed management up at the office, "we will fine you for this and fine you for that"... They are really trying to find and squeeze money out of the tenants. Fines exceeding $300. My neighbors are already considering finding another place to live... New Manager up at the office is unprofessional and rude.

Been living here for close to a year. It's in a nice quiet neighborhood. There's alot of places for my kids to play. Friendly staff in the office, good/fast response when repairs are needed. Clean laundry room. Highly recommend!

I have seen worst apartments, and this one is now on the list. The management, though friendly, has proven to be incompetent. Today they towed my brothers’ car even though both my brothers had the parking permit that the manager provided. Their excuse was that they changed the stickers. We replied to their excuse stating the permit they provided did not expire until April 2018. They did not give us notification that they changed the sticker. We also have brought to their attention the numerous amount of pest (roaches, mice, ants) The AC still doesn’t work and it has been a year. They have yet to provide a response. The good reviews about this place are lies. Donna Lynn Apartments is a must avoid!
