My ex use to live there and he passed away there it was always quite and clean it was just enough space for him, I'm thinking about trying to get in myself

Love these apts! Nice people and friendly neighbors! Lots of activities and many benefits. It's all seniors independent living. Quick service on repairs and complains. I don't have any complaints but you never know. Being across from Baylor is a real bonus, all my doctor's are there!

Really liked. Have to be 62 yrs old to rent an Apt. Year ish wait-list.

This is a well-run residence for the 62 + crowd. Great staff! I do wish there was a practical way to fully update the elevators. I believe they are the original elevators installed in 1957, when the building was completed. Updated elevators would be larger and more efficient.
