I had an amazing experience working with Mia Gonzalez! From start to finish, she was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Mia went above and beyond to make the leasing process smooth and stress-free she answered all my questions quickly, kept great communication, and made sure I found exactly what I was looking for. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and enjoys helping people find their new home. I really appreciated her honesty and attention to detail throughout the entire process. If you’re looking for someone who’s patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely wants the best for you, Mia is the person to go to. Highly recommend!

I’m very pleased with my experience with Cross Creek apartments, all the Ladies in there office were very nice and friendly. And at 65 sometimes you need a little help with the computer world. They just smiled and said let us help you. Mia was my leasing agent, Very nice young lady. I feel like I have a new friend. My one bedroom is also really nice. Thank you Ladies very much.

I I had to change my review after learning that I was pressured to leave a positive one. Everything that appeared under my name was actually written by management, not me. It is not right for leadership to do this. I feel neglected and ignored, and the living conditions are unacceptable. I was told that my refrigerator issue had been fixed, but when I left for a work trip, I came back to find that it was not fixed at all. In addition, I have been charged extra fees that no one in the office can explain. When I try to get answers, the staff retreat into the office and ignore me further. To make matters worse, when I requested repairs again, I was told I must personally handle unsafe environmental issues—mold and unsanitary conditions—that were caused by their negligence, not mine.

You’ll never seeing your deposit. Got my apartment professionally cleaned not leaving a single spot yet they charge me as if a left behind dirty barn, $200. These pics I am attaching below is how I left the apartment before I handed in the keys. When I called to protest the charges they refuse to talk on the matter over the phone and only provided me an unmonitored email address from which I never got a response. The only thing I didn’t clean was the oven interior: the thing is a 100 years old. Thankfully I got the pictures so they wouldn’t spew lies about the condition of the apartment. Oh btw, these apartment are ooooooooooold. The floor vinyl is separating and the roof is collapsing into the apartment. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague.
