spacious, and well-maintained. Management is friendly and responsive, and maintenance requests are handled quickly. The location is convenient, the community feels safe and quiet, and overall it's been a great experience. Highly recommend!

Moving was nice and simple my wife said Emily was very helpful and explained everything in a manner way. Apartment complex is also very calm and quiet. 100% recommend

Loveeeeee these apartments. Emily was super helpful during my inquiry and the application process as well as touring the complex. The move in was also super easy with zero hassle. The community is super quiet, calm, welcoming and clean. The apartment unit was clean ready to move in. Had one maintenance request and it was resolved same day! This is the 3rd apartment complex I move into and by far my favorite.

I’m very impressed by the quality of customer service the Crest at Illinois gives. Emily has been very helpful to me and my husband. She has helped us from the start and has been very patient to explain whatever wasn’t clear to us. She always responds to our text and questions as soon as possible. The apartment complex is always very peaceful. Amenities are well taken care of as well as clean.

I moved in when they first opened going on 4 years now. Property and units are super nice inside and out. Maintenance is great and takes care of works orders in a timely manner. Office lady's are always available and very helpful for any questions or concerns I may have. The pool is great a place to hangout I peaked in the gym once it looked nice I've never used it. Mmmm 🌮 ! The clubhouse is super nice and great place for party's. The pricing is definitely better than what I looked at before I applied All in all im happy I chose Crest at Illinois to call home.
