I’ve been living in these apartments for a little over a month, and my experience so far has been great. The administration is always available and easy to reach. The staff is friendly, professional, and pleasant to talk to. I honestly have nothing negative to say. It’s been a smooth and positive experience all around.

Martha was very helpful with the application process and it was pretty quick 1 Week turn around ! Def recommend to anyone looking for a place 5 Min from Bishop Arts Area and down town Dallas !

Laundry Room is hot, hot!!! Please get a small AC unit. For the love of God... a lot of Residents go out of the complex to do laundry because there is no AC at the only one 6 washes Laundry room. PLUS NO AC...

I've lived in these apartaments for years and I have zero complaints. The grounds are properly taken care of and look beautiful. The manager is so nice and helpful and whenever I had an issue with my apartment, the maintenence crew would fix it in a nice and profesional manner. Definitely recommend these apartments for anyone in the area.
