Georgia at Cortland at West Village was absolutely wonderful! She greeted me with great energy and a warm smile, listened attentively, and answered all my questions with professionalism and care. The community is beautiful, clean, and very well kept, and the location in Uptown Dallas is fantastic. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and welcoming atmosphere. We moved into our apartment at Cortland at West Village six weeks ago and are having great experience living here. The location is unbeatable—just a 2-minute walk to the Uptown DART station and tram station, making commuting very very convenient. The building is well-maintained throughout, always clean and secure, creating a comfortable and safe living environment. A special mention goes to the management office staff, who truly elevate the living experience. Mackinsie stands out for her attentiveness, warm personality, and quick responses to any inquiries or requests!. Additionally, Edward is highly efficient and skilled, ensuring maintenance issues are resolved promptly. Their dedication and excellent service deserve special recognition. Overall, this apartment offers a perfect combination of convenience, cleanliness, and outstanding management, making it a great place to call home!

It was nice to learn that the property is under new management. The changes Cortland has made to the community are fantastic. I got a tour by Mackensie and she was phenomenal. She went out of her way to make me feel welcomed as soon as I entered the property and spared me no detail selling all the key benefits and changes made. Would highly recommend Cortland West Village!

Since moving to Cortland West Village my boyfriend & I have loved every second of it. I have yet to have a single issue, and both Leasing & Assistant Manager/Manager have always taken care of things immediately for me & my neighbors. I feel safe, my dog loves it here & the treats they give. I recommend this community for one in the West Village area! I’ve seen about every mid rise here in this area of West Village & truly this is the best one!!
