Do not ever move here , management is beyond terrible , ( greystar management) . I called for an update the guy Michael in the office told me there was no updates for weeks just to find out they fired him the next day . Trash is everywhere elevators work like 30mins out the day . You have to take the stairs all the time . 5-6 cars got broken in to right before Christmas in the parking garage of the property security told me that also someone door got kicked in on my floor 2nd floor . Maintenance never fixes anything and takes forever to come out . A random guy knocked on my door asking can he do work around my unit for extra money for food . Very suspicious this is my review as of 12/27/25. I will never lease here ever again .

I honestly can’t believe I fell for all the fake niceness here. From the start, it felt like this apartment was just trying to compete with its sister complexes. When I first moved in, the agent gave the unit I was promised to someone else, which was super frustrating. Jennifer, the previous manager, eventually stepped in and handled things better, so for a little while, everything seemed fine. But just four months in, living here has been a nightmare. Maintenance issues are constant, and for a complex this big, it feels like there’s only one maintenance person for everything. Julie and Gary, the current leasing agents, have even shared details about my apartment with other residents without my permission. Julie constantly gives me attitude and once accused me of breaking my own dishwasher. Gary and his family seem to occupy the pool area almost every weekend, and since the pool area is small, it’s hard for anyone else to enjoy it. Just speaking from my experiences. Trying to save someone else from falling for the misleading tour guides that giving Update why get a response to say reach out but their no information to reach out too. As well I reach out to cooperate numerous times
