CityScape Apartments – Dallas, TX I’ve been living at CityScape Apartments for a little over a year now, since the building first opened in September 2024, and I can confidently say that the experience has only continued to improve—especially under the new leadership. The current management team and staff have done an excellent job creating a well-run, welcoming community. Communication has become clearer and more consistent, concerns are addressed promptly, and maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally. It’s obvious that the staff truly cares about residents and takes pride in keeping the property clean, organized, and comfortable. The new leadership has brought a positive energy and sense of accountability that really shows in the day-to-day operations. From the front office to maintenance, everyone is friendly, approachable, and willing to help. Living here feels less like just renting an apartment and more like being part of a community. Overall, CityScape Apartments has been a great place to call home, and I appreciate the hard work the staff puts in to make living here a positive experience. I would definitely recommend CityScape to anyone looking for a well-managed apartment community in Dallas.

I moved in about 2 months ago and I must say I’m happy I chose this for home. Robin was my first contact and she left a great impression. She worked hard to fit my wants to what was available! She hit the nail on the head. After I met John and I haven’t had an issue yet he wasn’t dedicated to resolving. Management is awesome and approachable! Very welcoming community, safe and gives home vibes

Just moved into these apartments thanks to John Wright who literally had me sold with the outstanding price range I was looking for. He was very informative and answered all of my questions. These apartments are beautiful and new! I love that I can see downtown and the scenery is beautiful. Highly recommend 10/10!

This was my first apartment that I've moved to in Dallas and it has been such a smooth process. After about 2 months, I can say the area is pretty safe, clean, and well-managed. Have not dealt with bedbugs, roaches, or other apartment issues. When I first moved in, Scott the manager was excellent in helping me resolve minor issues immediately. I also wanted to applaud Robyn (and John) for being so sweet with my family in helping with the touring and transition process.

I had the pleasure of working with John Wright to find a new apartment, and the experience was outstanding.☺️☺️ From our initial contact, John was incredibly professional and attentive. When I inquired about a listing, he responded promptly and provided all the necessary information. He truly understood my needs and helped me find the perfect place within my budget. He handled all the details with efficiency and made the entire process stress-free. 10/10 highly recommend John to anyone looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable leasing agent.
