Cityscape Park Apartments

The management is really disappointing! The apartments are OVERPRICED, and the units are small and not worth the money. They nickel-and-dime you for everything (they add prices and upcharge prices as they please). The area is also an eyesore; nothing has changed in 18 months. There’s no pool, and the community areas are lacking as well! If I could rate less than 1 star, I would. Please don't get tricked or fooled.

Cityscape Star is the absolute worst apartment complex I’ve lived in. I do not recommend these apts here a few reasons why you should not lease here. 1 Garage gate is always broken homeless people in and out of the garage at night 2 The management team is always getting fired for scamming or allowing CPNs we on management team 3 in lest than 9months. 3 A lot of the h its are air bnb random people in the building using amenities the residents pay for 4 The elevators are often out of service no informs the residents about things not working properly 5 the grills to cook on haven’t worked in a year one of them has knobs missing. Simple fixes they care nothing about. The first management crew I moved here with were actually pretty nice people that’s why the reviews reflect 9 months ago.

I love my apartment so much that I decided to renew my lease and stay a little longer. It’s truly been a great experience living here. Working with Melanie has been an absolute pleasure—she’s always kind, friendly, and incredibly helpful!

I’ve lived here for two years and it’s been a great experience. The apartments are always clean, well-kept, and the view is beautiful. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, which I really appreciate. Mallory is amazing—very organized, helpful, and professional. I’m happy here and would definitely renew my lease!
